At least it’s not like Vegas or the LA Chargers. Those teams never have a true home field advantage. So many visiting fans go on long weekend trips to root their teams on in those cities. I guess it’s good that Buffalo is not really a weekend destination city. But it is a bucket list type stadium for hard core NFL fans. i know quite a few who always tell me they really want to experience a game in Buffalo someday. And i’ve taken a few.

Hey, does anyone know what the weather will be like for Monday night? just curious. 😆 All i know is that in last year's playoff game vs. Baltimore.. the conditions weren't good for passing. The winds were blowing. Baltimore averaged like 500 yards rushing per game...and the not-so-good Bills D shut em down.

MB10 ?!?! This cannot be happening.. smh

All i know is that if Mac Jones, a rookie from Jacksonville, FL and Tuscaloosa engineers a victory over the Bills in a must-win game in our Orchard Park December weather, i will lose my sh!t.
-
I think he means it's bad luck because these rain/wind/precip days have been hitting on Sunday afternoon gamedays this fall (and now predicted for Monday eve). The other days during those past weeks have been mostly uneventful weather-wise. All bets are off once you get into December though. Lot's of crummy days ahead.

I feel pretty good about this game for a couple reasons. New England is on a super roll and I refuse to believe they won't have a hiccup soon, or this Monday. Nobody crushes it every week. Not with a rookie QB. It's time to pay the Bills. McD always rally's the troops after a big loss and they did so at New Orleans. However, getting steamrolled in Orchard Park by Indy has still left a big bruise. I think Buffalo comes out and protects their home turf. It's a huge emphasis this week I'm sure. every blade of fake grass will have to be earned by NE.

I like Breida and Stevenson for that matter. But each time they touch the ball i’m anticipating a fumble. Don’t know why really, i guess they just seem slight out there getting hit by much bigger dudes.

11/25/21 Thanksgiving Gameday Bills at Saints Pregame Thread

Kamara being out is such a gift for the Bills. If he is in the Saints lineup i don’t have any confidence for a win tonight. That one guy being out makes a huge difference. -
Greg Cosell, NFL Films painted a not-so-great picture on Bills O
zow2 replied to zow2's topic in The Stadium Wall
A lot of the offensive issues are masked when the D gets takeaways and sets the O up in nice field position. In a game like last week when the Bills are minus in the turnover ratio it's really brutal. Kansas City is struggling without much of a running game too, but they're winning some low scoring games. We blew our low scoring games so far vs. Pitt and Jax. -
Saw Greg breaking down the Bills on TV today. Nothing we don't already know but this is from someone who watches every piece of film... Let's hope the Bills are fixing some of these issues. Problems are: - Lack of running game, no commitment to it whatsoever. RB's aren't good enough. - OLine are not nearly good enough in pass protection to throw the ball as often as they want. - Lacking explosive plays in passing game which existed last season. If drives can't be sustained by running, Bills must have explosive plays. - Buffalo cannot execute a viable offense if the only dimension is passing. - Josh Allen has to be special, every week, every play, or the Bills cannot win. That's too much to ask, does not believe it's sustainable.

There were no excuses against Indy, and certainly not with that kind of embarrassing loss. Saints are mediocre at best and are missing their regular QB and some key guys. What they will be is very physical in the trenches, especially on D. They know that's the Bills' weakness. If they get their hands on Josh Allen, they will slam him to the turf. He needs to be careful. There are definitely no excuses this week. If the Bills are one of the AFC's best teams like they think they are, they should be able to jump on the Saints early and keep the pressure up the whole game. The fact that it's in a Dome, should even be more of an advantage for Buffalo.

I am not a ESPN fan but Steven A had it right
zow2 replied to Sharky7337's topic in The Stadium Wall
In other TV talking head news, Cowherd dumped the Bills out of his "Herd Hierarchy". Maybe for the first time since the 2019 season they're not in his top-10. Oh well. Buffalo will probably play better and more focused as they get dissed by national media. -
Gotta love the scripted first drive by the Bucs. Great execution. If that was Buffalo there would have been at least one offensive holding penalty and an illegal formation to thwart the drive
-
Quite honestly, the best teams have players on the roster where the game plan can be flexible week to week. If you want to pound it and be physical, make sure we have those players. If we need to pass let’s make sure we’re covered there. We have the QB and receivers. This club lacks the running game and attitude. D was improving, I thought they were going to be a nasty physical unit but even they are starting to seem finesse.
-
We are absolutely going to get bullied and get our a$$es kicked by the Saints on "Drew Brees Night" in New Orleans. Philly just ran for 242 yards on the Saints D. They won't allow anything like that to happen against them again. I can't see the Bills offense moving the ball well at all.
-
They got roasted on ESPN's Get Up as well. The team is too Josh Allen-centric. No physicality, one dimensional, built their record on soft schedule, etc.. And what's the deal with the D? You go into games against Tennessee and Indy knowing you have to stop Henry and Taylor. What happens? our D gives up career games to both of them. Absurd.
-
We had that ridiculous points differential for a 6-3 record, and yesterday was like a market correction. You knew that somewhere along the way, that differential would get closer to what the norm should be.
-
Every national show this morning is ripping the Buffalo offense. Saying all the same things. The offense is one-dimensional and completely finesse. No physicality whatsoever. Teams game plan to make the opponent one dimensional and the Bills do it themselves and make it so easy for opposing defense.
-
and the Buffalo Bills are a team that no longer has expectations pinned to them. They have become the hunter (for a playoff spot and division lead) instead of being the hunted. Good Luck Bills, and may this serve you well.
-
Houston and SF made it look pretty easy today. Winning in the two stadiums where the Bills AFC East hopes took a nose dive.
-
I’d rather have our guy, Frank Reich.

Al said it was 60/40 Steelers fans. Chargers and Raiders don’t seem to have any real home field advantage. All opposing fan bases want to take their one road trip to Vegas or LA. Easy tickets to get.
