Probably a good move by Tomlin. The Bills would know what to expect and anticipate from Trubisky. Maybe there will be some element of surprise from Pickett. It’s a grasp, and likely won’t pay off. But i think it’s a sure thing loss if they start Mitch.

His pregame ritual of booming some punts and aiming for inside the 10 (coffin corner), are ridiculously accurate. We saw one late in the game yesterday...then of course the Ravens drove the field and made us sweat it out to the end.

Diggs was extra playful in pregame yesterday, probably because he was back in his home state. I was down in the front row with my kid. He was throwing everyone the ball and we all threw it back. He was also tossing it to all the security staff and NFL Films people on the field. Must've been playing around for 20 minutes while everyone else was in the Lockeroom. He's a good guy and making the most of his years in the NFL. I'm sure for these players it goes too quick.

I don't wanna kill the guy. When the entire RB group and QB's came out for their structured warm-ups, Cook participated like everyone else. It was just his body language and not looking all that interested when he was out with McKenzie. He has that demeanor of a chill guy that goes through the motions. But, maybe behind the scenes he lives and breathes football, i don't know.

Davis should be fine this week. He literally did nothing yesterday. He probably puts more stress on that ankle during a typical day of practice.

I said it going into the season and I'll stick with it. Josh Allen is the best overall player in the NFL, but Pat Mahomes is the best QB.

This is one of those seasons,… anytime a Bills player gets dinged, nicked up, or tweaks something in a game, you can count on them missing multiple weeks. It’s frustrating.

KC has so many weapons and Mahomes an get them all the ball. Scary offense, again.

This game on paper looks like a mismatch. So you know in reality it won’t be.

I have a little observation about Cook from warmups today. I was in the front row by the Bills endzone where they were doing their pregame stuff. Cook and McKenzie came out around 12:25 with the kickers. McKenzie was shagging punts and kickoffs. Cook was milling around, doing nothing. Just chill. He watched a practice kickoff land right at his feet, he made no attempt to catch it. Mckenzie sorta looked at cook with his hands up like “dude, cmon, make an effort”. I commented to my son, look at this guy Cook, he’s just slouching around making no effort to catch a practice punt or a KO. I’m not even sure why he came out early. He talks to no one, he shows zero energy or juice. When he finally gets the ball in a game he drops it. I just don’t see a reason why he’s on the active roster right now. I’m a firm believer you play how you practice. and he should’ve been handling the football at every opportunity in warm ups.

You can’t get a takeaway at midfield in the 4th QTR of a tie game, and not score something. you just can’t.

Gloomy, chilly breeze. It’s actually like 75% of the games i’ve attended over the years in Orchard Park.

At the stadium. I’ve been to lots of Ravens games. It’s Probably the gloomy weather but the tailgate scene is really weak today. No energy here. Plenty of Bills fans milling around though. No rain yet.

Here now. Not raining, a light mist. The heaviest rain is predicted to be between Noon-5pm 🥲

i’m getting that Bills/Indy vibe tomorrow. Remember last season when the Bills fell all over themselves at home. On a lousy gray wet afternoon the Colts just methodically carved up Buffalo. I feel like we will be playing the part of the Colts tomorrow and Baltimore will inexplicably be flat and make mistakes.

I’m near Baltimore. That 100% chance of rain today didn’t materialize. Between Noon-5pm today it’s dry, just breezy maybe 10-12mph. Sunday they are calling for 90% chance rain and winds 10-15mph. Hopefully the rain chances are being overblown like they were for today.

I happen to agree w you. Plus there’s no team in the NFL with more recent experience of playing in rain/wind than this Buffalo Bills club. They should know how to handle it, what cleats and gloves to wear, etc.. Like most NFL games this will likely come down to turnovers and who can play a clean game. In the rain it will be critical.
