The AFC East is definitely worrisome, if not this year then then in the years to come. I'm hoping Zappe is a flash in the pan and comes down to earth because he actually looks competent and good. Maybe he supplants Mac Jones. The Jets are building a nasty defense along with some talented offensive pieces...and starting to believe they can actually win. Not sure if Zach Wilson will make it to the next tier or not? If he does, they will be trouble. Miami may have the best roster of the three teams... but maybe they already hit their ceiling early in the year? Can they get back to it? In any event, the Bills are in the same in-division scenario that the Patriots were in for all those years with Brady. Buffalo will be the Jets/Fins/Pats Super Bowl whenever we play them. It's going to be a grind. And I don't know if there is a "draught era" Bills-like team in that mix, like Brady used to whoop up on.

If Bills coach Eric Ciano put on a cap and some shades he could walk the Washington sidelines and be mistaken for a younger version of Ron Rivera.

Probably, in a perfect world Tua or Pickett would rest their bruised brains for the season. But it’s NFL football, and guys have been playing with concussions or slightly removed from a concussion for 80 years or whatever. So if they feel well enough to play and doctors clear them, i’m fine with it. Just hope they do everything they can do to protect themselves.

Going into this season I had the Bills going 4-2 in the AFC East. Since we already lost to Miami I'm expecting a loss somewhere along the way vs. NYJ or NE. It's the NFL, Division games will be tough.

Herbert did not look good at all. I'm assuming he's playing hurt. Didn't use his legs much, slow eyes, throwing inaccurate balls and high on many of them. He was back pedaling alot and throwing to the sidelines. I'm sure Denver's D had something to do with his performance too.

In the NFL, it's not necessarily WHO you play, but when you play them. Unfortunately the 49ers are really hurting between guys sent to IR and players who have been hurt the past couple weeks and unlikely to play vs KC. They are missing like 11 starters. The Chiefs won't be playing the best version of San Fran.

It's two weeks in a row I couldn't really hear Romo over the crowd noise several times. Maybe it's my ears? I don't know, but his voice doesn't rise above.

Frazier deserves a head coaching gig soon. I think he's really proven himself and has probably learned a lot from McDermott, Daboll, etc.. to be a better head coach the 2nd time around.

IMO we are in year 2 of a 4 year window to win the SB. I mean a great chance to win the SB. So management should do what they need to do to make this team as strong as possible. Don't give up multiple 1st round picks but anything somewhat reasonable should be in play.

Is there anyone else in that secondary today besides Johnson and Poyer that would ball hawk like that?!? Just a great, aggressive play by Taron to fly towards the football for the INT. Some of the other younger guys back there seem a little more reactionary...and will tackle the guy after he catches it. Taron and Poyer just go after the ball and it's the difference in a close game yet again.
