  1. I agree with the OP, something is up. I expect the Bills to be trading somebody from the current roster. It's been pretty quiet about Jerry Hughes, maybe he's not a McDermott kind of guy and they trade him for draft position. I like and don't like all at the same time how quiet the FO has been. I must admit though that it's quite the refreshing change of pace from that loudmouth fat bastard Ryan and his disgusting twin. I just don't like not knowing what to expect though.
  2. Oh boy, not good. Groy filled in admirably while Wood was out. Hopefully the Bills find a way to keep him.
  3. Hahaha, I forgot about him! Old Scooby was selling real estate or something like that down in Naples, Fl while I lived in Fort Myers (Sammy & Deion's home town)!
  4. Now that the TSW has inherited BBMB and other new members I would like to know the story of what happened to old members that don't post here anymore. This way we can maybe keep this board current on who is who.
  5. I hope that Sammy cleats Happy Gilmore right in the face on the way for TD.
  6. Anquan Boldin.
  7. Ouch! I was hoping that he would stay. Sammy, Robert, Justin and Walter wasn't a hateful WR corp in my eyes. Thanks for your services Robert, wish you the best! #GoingHome
  8. Man, how I hate today! I love me some AW, I just wish him the best! #TrueBill
  9. Can't blame Gilmore one bit, gets top dollar, goes to the team that currently wins the most and gets the best chance of winning a championship. Now with all that being said I hate him, right up there with Hogan, Antowain Smith, Sammy Morris etc etc. I don't give a ****, if you played for us and then go play for a division rival, ESPECIALLY the Patriots, then you're on a shitlist. I understand why and what he did but now I !@#$ing hate him.
  10. Hahahahaha!!!!! That is just too freaking funny! Lol!
  11. No offense taken. Thank you for contributing though, you're a poster whose' opinion I value.
  12. You have the right to your opinion but did you listen to the interview? Of course not due to your rapid response. People can change and I'm all for that, ex Richie Incognito. I want players that can improve the team as long as they are not a problem. Personally I don't think that Kaepernick is one of them but I could be wrong. No hypocrisy here.
  13. Outside of just connecting obvious dots would a much more humbled disciplined Greg Hardy be a good addition. Below is a link to a lengthy 33+ minute interview with him. There is much to like about what he has to say and for the most part I tend to believe him. I must admit that I love these kind of stories of personal redemption and I hope that things work out for him because I do believe that he has made a lot of progress and change in his life. If you want to hear what just pertains to him and the his potential NFL comeback then go to the 21:15 mark. One last thing, I was disappointed in his response when he was asked point blank if he ever put his hands on a woman. I don't believe that he was being truthful and I do understand how difficult that would be to admit publicly. Of course that doesn't excuse it but I can understand not admitting to it. There is a lot of good things in this great interview, I encourage you to listen to it. On a business note, if McDermott & Co thought that it would be a good Idea to sign him I would be all for it. A 2 year prove it contract with an escape clause after 1 year would be a smart contract. I'm sick and tired of seeing these 1 year contracts being signed to where a player exceeds it and we receive no compensation when they walk. Oops, forgot to add the link! http://www.mmafighting.com/2017/2/28/14766724/the-mma-hour-370-greg-hardy
  14. If Tyrod does get traded then I would love a scenario where the Bills could move up in the 1st rd and get a very early 2nd rd pick as well. IMO what would be ideal is if we traded Tyrod to San Fran and swapped 1st rd picks and also get their 2nd rder as well. With the #2 pick overall I'd like to see the Bills get Jonathan Allen. As far as QB goes I would imagine bundling both 2nd rd picks would get us back into the 1st rd for someone like Mahomes. I would think that the Bills would sign a journeyman QB as well.
  15. Oh, ok, enlighten me then. Some of you people are ridiculous, a simple post has to become a great debate.
  16. The Bills trade Dareus to San Fran for their 3rd and 6th rd picks in this year's draft.
  17. Look at all these thread topics! Kyle and Shady are going to be salary cap casualties, we're tagging Gilmore, we're not tagging Gilmore, can't sign any of our FAs (Woods, etc etc), Tyrod is staying, Tyrod is going, no one knows what kind of LBers we're going to have and all the while we got the "reputable" Vic Carrucci throwing a ton of darts hoping to hit the board! Wow, I haven't even gotten to the national pundits yet! Let's face it nobody has a.clue of what's going on or what is about to happen and I love it! If this is any kind of precursor of how McDerott & Co are going to run it I say more power to them. I'm sick and tired of the days where we just blabbed our mouths and told everybody what we were going to do. This predates even the Rex Experiment, we could never shut up! I for one hope that we keep up this Belichickism and keep everyone guessing, it might just serve us better! Go Bills!
  18. It seems that the lack of accountability frustrated some key core Bills' players, Sammy being one of them, in the last couple of seasons. By some accounts this is said to be one of McDermott's strengths/virtues. I'm wondering if this will be one of the deciding factors for players like Sammy to stay on as a Bill when their contracts are up.
  19. I get the distinct feeling that Kirwan is not a player for the Bills, the front office (Whaley?) in particular. I only catch bits and pieces from time to time because I don't spend a lot of time in the car but I remember when Roman was released Kirwan was very bitter about it, he was splewing a lot of poison about the front office and that it's a mess. It was very sobering to have to listen to him about it but I reluctantly gave him the benefit of the doubt, figuring that he knows a hell of a lot more about the internal aspect of the NFL than I do. I must admit that he made a lot of value points about the Bills situation. It got to the point where Jim Miller had to soften it up because it was getting to be a borderline rant. God I sure do hope that McDermott can work some magic for us! I will say that I have been a Whaley believer in the beginning but have been pretty neutral and confused about him the last couple of seasons. It started changing right around the Marone debacticle, figuring that Marone was a jerk but where there is smoke there is fire. If things don't appear to drastically change by season's end then I think that I'll more than likely feel that Whaley, maybe some others, will need to go. One last thing, these last several contracts (Marone's, Dareus', Ryan's and last but not least Tyrod's) have really befuddled me.
