  1. I'm really glad and thankful that the Pegulas bought the Bills and are committed to keeping them in Buffalo. I also appreciate them fusing the sport franchises into One Buffalo but with that being said the decision making from the top down is lacking monumentally. Not to be disrespectful to Terry but in hindsight he is a pretty emotional guy, so much so that it has clouded some of his business decisions. I do believe that he heavily influenced the hiring of Rex who IMO is the poster child of bad emotional decisions. I don't know who is responsible for the decision of playing McCoy this last week, I believe that Rex had a lot to do with it but I could be wrong, but THAT has to rank as one of the worse decision so far this season. Doesn't this organization have a brain in their head??! What good could have possibly come out of playing him?? He should have been sat right through the bye week and hopefully have him heal for the stretch run. Rex is a mess and was a terrible hiring. I actually haven't minded him too much these last couple of weeks. I'm saying this because we have won during that time, I'm saying it because he hasn't really acted like a buffoon as far as I know. At beginning of last year, especially the New England game is when I really started to loathe him and was embarrassed that we were stuck with him as our coach. With that being said one could only imagine my horror when his twin was brought aboard. The firing of G-Ro is another sign of how unstable this franchise currently is. I don't know what was behind it and if he was the problem or not but then again I don't really care. Throw in that idiot Dareus and this has the makings of us having our own keystone kops. This isn't normal folks, these chain of events. I'm afraid that a lot of us are becoming callous or immune to the fact that we are truly laughing stocks and rightfully so. I won't fault the front office for the Watkins' trade up because I've enjoyed his production when he has been healthy but the guy can't stay healthy and I'm wondering if he ever can. As much as the Bills have made strides with some of the player personnel the last few years they have also have taken some really big steps backwards with some of the fore mentioned. I can't ever remember not being excited to some degree or looking forward to a game but this Sunday I'm not either. Injuries can't be helped, I get that, but after last week's decision making and game strategy I'm really dreading what is going to unfold in this week's game against Brady and the Patriots. Our secondary has the propensity of giving up huge chunks of real estate in the passing game. After what Ajayi did to our run defense I could only imagine what Blount & Co could do with their ground game. I know that continuity goes a long ways but Rex is not the answer. I really hope that him and his crew is gone after this year. I know once again that this will put us back but I hope the Pegulas cut bait with this guy. I think that someone like Frank Reich would be the perfect replacement for SO many reasons, one being that he is the complete opposite of that big bag of wind. Bad decisions, we have a boatload of them. What I'm hoping for is just one good one.
  2. The thing that I hate about Kiko is that we traded him. I'm still not completely over it, I guess that I never will be. I believe that he would of been a great Bill.
  3. I hate that m*fker.
  4. I'm no fan of Rex but I can't put this one on him. The tackling, or should I say the non tackling, was flat out embarrassing. I can no longer stand to even look at Dareus, he disgusts me. I can't wait until he is no longer a Bill. Nothing against Goodwin but what are we doing with him?? I love watching him haul in the long TDs but he's a luxury type of player for us. If we could ever field a couple of legitimate WRs then he would be a great compliment but we're not that good or healthy enough of a team to try and employ him as a primary target. This team needs to find a way to add a real WR right away before it's too late, which it might be already. I love the way Tyrod throws the long ball, it's a thing of beauty but the rest of his throws are too up and down. The Bills should have more of a floating pocket on pass plays, it plays to Tyrod's strength. Why in the world didn't Rex just sit McCoy?? I couldn't see nothing positive out of playing him today. Last year same story with our injured players. Very foolish of Rex playing the players who can't perform at a better capacity, especially when the injuries can very well worsen. Sorry to say it but I don't see any way the Bills can beat the Patriots and it kills me to say or think that but kidding myself only stings more when the inevitable happens. I love the additions of Lorenzo Alexander and Zack Brown! What incredible pick ups they have been! Preston is nowheres close to being the player that Zack is. Seeing these "no name" players gives me some belief that relying solely onto our "stars" like Dareus and Watkins can be detrimental to a certain degree. Our OL can be beat pretty good by a solid DL. Our STs have been such a pleasant surprise so far this year. The 2 LSU WRs (OBJ & Landry) are a disgrace. No matter how great they are as WRs I would never want either one of them on my team. What a weasel scumbag hit that was on Aaron by that cheap shot !@#$.
  5. Before it's over I'd like to see the Bills make trade to upgrade the WR position. I don't think that the Bills can rely on Sammy this year or any other year as far as dependability goes. I remember when we had Moulds and Peerless Price as a #1 and #1A for WRs. It was quite a luxury and I would love to see the Bills be in that position again. If a trade could be had with Chicago for Alshon Jeffrey then I think that Whaley should jump all over it. As far compensation goes maybe a player and a pick could get it done. It seems that they are in need of some secondary help and I wouldn't be against shipping Gilmore over there before we have to pay him big money or just let him walk, either scenario isn't beneficial to the Bills imo so I'd like to see them get some kind of return with Gilmore. I believe that we have some decent depth at that position and I just don't see our current WRs getting us very far later in the season.
  6. Great point. I am no fan of Rex but I give him credit, he is a team guy, no denying that.
  7. It's a business decision, no more, no less. There's good ones and there's bad ones and Dareus is starting to shape up as one where the buyer better beware.
  8. Isn't THAT the whole point of the media asking him questions??!!!
  9. What do you mean that it sounds very much like I think??! I'm coming right out and openly stating that I don't care about his personal life, I care about his professional life. When his personal life interferes with his professional life then I care. I don't want or need the specifics but when he offers up all his fake bs then he deserves to be called out. As far as the media goes that's THEIR job to ask questions. Dareus didn't like to be questioned about his responsibility to his profession but it's the media's responsibility to their profession to ask these questions, right, wrong or indifferent. I don't usually agree with the media but this time I don't fault them. Once again I don't care about Dareus and his personal life but I do care if he can't keep his irresponsible ass on the field so quit trying to put words in my mouth.
  10. I like the way that you omitted the part that HE SAID that he was going to rehab and then showed up after his reinstatement giggling that he was glad to be back, and oh yeah, he didn't go to rehab. What a joke! How dare the media ask him questions about that! I don't care about his personal life but I do care about his professional life and the one is interrupting the other. Personally, I'm not looking for answers, I'm looking for results. This guy is having a real hard time getting on the field. He's paid huge and to fully expect him to honor his contract and stay on the field is my prerogative regardless if you like it or not.
  11. I didn't realize that I wasn't capable of forming my own opinion. I know what I saw and I know what I heard. Suspension last year, suspended this year, sounds like a moron in his PC, not real hard to figure this one out. It makes me laugh that the media is out of line for pressing for some insight and answers on his situation. Dareus is paid quite handsomely and should be accountable for his actions. BTW, I don't live in western NY anymore and other than the Bills app I don't read the local newspapers but if Sullivan is saying the same thing then good for him for calling out this idiot.
  12. I would have never thought this before but after hearing him in his presser I think that this kid just doesn't get it. Seems like when this team needs him the most he can't be found, he's always suspended. Locking up 100 million dollars on this bonehead who is 1 strike away sure doesn't seem like a good sound investment to me. Funny thing is it seems like we have been finding a way to win without him. Now that we have been forced to find FAs who are doing a very admirable job and being very close to getting Shaq back I believe that it would be in the Bills' best interest to move on from this immature idiot and find a better way to spend that massive amount of money on more mature and responsible players.
  13. Although I was born and raised in Rochester I have spent 21+ years in Fort Myers, Fl. For those of you who aren't aware that happens to be Watkins' home town and last night there was another Florida shooting carnage of innocent people only this time it was juveniles that were victimized. This really hits me personally, not only because I love Fort Myers but also the boy who was killed was only 14 years old and is one of my son's students in his youth group. You see my son is a Youth Pastor and has dedicated his life to help mentor and nurture these young people in a Christian way. Why in the world would anyone hurt or kill young innocent lives is beyond me but what I do know is that this city is in mourning and could stand a great deal of support from people, especially from their native sons and daughters. Here's to hoping that Sammy can bring some support and sunshine of his own to his hometown and maybe bring some other players and such to bring recognition to this kind of senseless violence and help lead the way to uniting people.
  14. First off I hope all goes well for Aaron physically and not for the Bills' sake but for his own sake. He's a real Bill but more importantly he's a good man and if there is any kind of risk to his health then I would sadly want to see him retire so he can lead a healthy life off the field. Now for the title of this post. One of the main reasons why I love this player is because he represents the red, white and blue well. He's proud to be a Bill and any true Bill loathes the Patriots. I can't think of any other Bill who detests the Patriots more than him. Matter of fact his neck injury came against them. He was so amped up and just put it all on the line by flying around out there. I anticipate him to play it safe and cautious when he's playing them this year. As long as he stays healthy I think that we're all going to be in for a real treat when he plays against them this year. I know that he's going to be my main focus in both those games against them, he's the one that I'm going to be intensely watching. I hope that he blows that Edelman up, I'm so sick and tired of his punk ass. Go Bills!
  15. Well written and spot on. I think your post speaks for a bunch of us. I find Ryan(s) an embarrassment. I'll still be rooting for the Bills but to say that my expectations have been tempered would be an understatement.
  16. Simply because either the Bills make the play-offs or Sexy Rexy is gone. I'm good either way but I have a question, if Rex does get the boot who would be a good replacement?
  17. Maybe they are counting on some of the professional athletes, especially Bills, to frequent the restaurant.
  18. I like the idea, I thought about it earlier this year. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/185551-cleveland-might-make-a-good-trade-partner-before-the-draft/
  19. This. It seems to me that the Bills are going to use him on passing downs. It's a way to utilize and extend Kyle Williams effectiveness. I believe that Rex Ryan's defense isn't conventional and Washington's talents serves a purpose in it. I think that when it's a passing down Rex is looking to pressure right up the middle, adding Lawson and Hughes as compliments eliminating long passes in these situations. I like it, it'll be an exciting pressure defense.
  20. What a sight to see! #78 just terrorized backfields and QBs! It was a privilege just to watch him play! I'm thankful that I got to watch him play live, The Ralph would just rock when that defense was clicking and all one would hear was BBRRUUUUCCCEE!!!
  21. I'm not suggesting that Ragland is replacing him but I'm sure that it had to fire him up, especially after Rex publicly challenged him to be more vocal. No matter what the Bills should benefit greatly by drafting Ragland, Brown should be very dedicated to being the best player that he can be.
  22. I think a player and his situation to keep an eye on is the Raven's OT Eugene Monroe. I think that the guy could be gotten and for a reasonable price for the quality of player that he is. I think that it would be better to trade for him instead of taking a chance that the Ravens cut him after June 1st and have him hit the open market, his price would go up considerably. The last 3 years of his current contract is very reasonable for a very good OT. There's really only 1 concern with him and that is if he can stay healthy. If he could then I believe that the Bills would have a dominate OL.
  23. I agree with your train of thought wholeheartedly. If he could then I believe that the Bills would have a dominate OL.
  24. I agree with your concept but I don't think your specifics would work. As long as we have Rex then expect our offense to be run oriented. I not only would like to see the right side of the OL be upgraded and solidified but I also think that the Bills should be concerned with our whole OL. Cordy is the only one, barring injury, that I feel will be solid for years to come. Is there a replacement/back up to Incognito? I don't think so and him and Wood are no spring chickens. I would like to see next year's draft heavily geared towards the OL. I do believe that we'll be able to add some quality this year still with some teams expected to be cutting players in the near future, or at least I hope so. In next year's draft I would to see the Bills dedicating at least 2 picks for the OL, 2-3 picks for the front 7 of the defense and 2 picks for the secondary. Btw, a shout out to you 3rd and 12 for being a nice guy and responding to this guy's post in a cordial and polite way. This bashing and ridiculing of people who post their thoughts and opinions is getting to be way too much. There's no problem with disagreeing with someone but the way some of you treat fellow Bills' fans is sickening.
  25. If so as long as the Bills aren't looking for one in the 1st rd then this could be great for them to trade back! http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2016/04/27/this-years-first-round-could-see-five-quarterbacks-drafted/
