I think it's a little strange that you'd be surprised that you're getting flack. If you make sarcastic comments about why the pick was made then you open yourself up to similarly non-logic-based criticism. If you have made the argument you made above at the beginning of the post I doubt people would be so annoyed.

I came away from the WGR interview pleasantly surprised at how much I liked Cardale. Prior to this the only off the field stuff I knew about him was that weird thing where some porn actress was trying to get him to transfer to FSU and I'll admit it gave me a negative impression of him without looking into it very much. I was pretty wrong about that, he seems like a good kid with a solid head on his shoulders, easy to root for him.

Well I suppose I know nothing about the draft, cause the people I wanted in the 4th are both still available! I know everyone wants a S, but I guess the combo of AW, Duje, Blanton and Graham is enough for the front office. I don't think there are any tackle prospects worth looking at.
