    Winning 6-8 games here is the norm and we've had terrible coaches during the drought. I am not willing to hate McDermott, nor am I ready to say everyone should give him a break. Until we make the playoffs, he's just another guy who I'm not going to put a lot of trust in. That said, I do like him and hope he turns out to be a good coach.

    I post "Detour" signs outside the stadium and force them to drive to a deserted country road, then I have the police detain them for 3-4 hours.

    BB has spent years making deposits into the bank of trust. When BB does poorly, you can still rely on those banked funds. McD's defense was terrible and he pulled the starting QB for being middling in the midst of a playoff hunt. He doesn't have enough capital built up for fans to implicitly trust his judgment.

    They're right and wrong. Wrong because most of the people bashing the Bills probably just look at the stat line and don't actually watch the games and right because he's better than anything available to us now. Peterman was worth a look-see, he was a lemon, just move on.

    Agreed, but where are we getting a starter quality RB from? I'd rather risk the RB for one more year and draft a QB and a DT, OL, or LB, which are all GLARING needs and pick up a better backup in FA.

    Not nonsense at all. The players are pros. They should be able to celebrate. This isn't college or pee wee. Why exactly SHOULD there be arbitrary rules in place about celebrations if they don't affect the game itself? The rule was dumb and pulling it back was the right thing. Whether or not you enjoy the celebrations is pretty irrelevant.

    I agree with the whole "don't celebrate if you're losing" thing. That's just embarrassing.

    I don't really care enough about them for it to annoy me. The ones that are good, amuse me. The bad ones - who cares. The point is the players don't deserve to be restricted for no reason.

    Rams built a solid team and then drafted a franchise QB. Colts tanked for a franchise QB and never got a decent team around him. QB is the #1 priority, but I can't help but think we need to build a solid core to this team before trading away all our early picks for a possible franchise QB.     Never said I hated him, said he earned his doghouse. Beating KC mitigates the damage, but those losses likely cost us the playoffs. I don't expect praise for him on this board til he gets us to the playoffs

    The ravens are 5-5, I said they need to lose to the steelers and TWO other teams. That would put them at 8-8.
