Barnwell has Bills at 6 wins in 2019

Wait, THIS is Barnwell? I'm not longer devastated by his opinions. -
Draftniks: Name your 2019 Draft "Crush"
ndirish1978 replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Dalton Risner - he's mean and we need mean on both lines. -
Lorax admits to wanting Kyle to come back to the team as a coach to "coach him up" and Kyle says they are "determining his value." I'd love to have this guy back in the building. Lorenzo signed a one-year deal, so I am hoping it happens for this next season.

Jags to release TE Austin Sefarian-Jenkins
ndirish1978 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's a pretty good draft for TEs and he's coming off a core injury, I'd pass. His stats are underwhelming. 350 yds and 3-4 tds per season for 4M? -

So you are proposing we carry 8-9 OL? That's what you're proposing? -

If we manager to sign Paradis (30), Glowinski (26) and James/Williams (27) we would be spending WAY too much on the OL. -

If we don't draft OL with one of our first two picks I wouldn't be happy at all -
Why anyone would poo poo this idea is crazy to me. The CBA doesn't allow players to work with the team in the offseason, this kid is taking initiative to get training on his own and the coach is saying he's going to get the trainer info on team concepts so that Josh can actually get work done specific to the team that he would otherwise not be allowed to work on. I absolutely love it. If we had hired Palmer as a QB coach he wouldn't be allowed to work with Josh. Instead, Palmer has been given terminology specific to the team and a detailed look at what Josh was working on last year and what they'd like him to continue improving on.

We need a ton on offense, but I wouldn't say we have needs EVERYWHERE. We need: 3-4 OL - We legitimately need 3 starters 2 WR - Forget WR1, follow the Rams model of multiple 2s with consistent hands 1 RB - Shady is done SLB - Lorax is old and we need a young replacement CB DT DE - Hughes is our only real pass rusher

The NE post on here if you have good things to say thread

I HATE THE PATRIOTS -
Sorry, but the obesity portion of this article is a case of people who were once disciplined becoming undisciplined. They insinuate that eating habits meant to keep people bigger is the NFL's fault for wanting larger players. There is no mention of the fact that people who work out for hours a day and eat a certain amount cannot stop working out and keep eating that same amount and not expect to be in terrible physical shape.

Marc's 1st Mock Draft with projected traded
ndirish1978 replied to RPbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This whole scenario makes so many unlikely assumptions that it stretches the definition of "mock" -
Bills hire Heath Farwell as ST coordinator
ndirish1978 replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
For every one trashing this hire: we had a ST coach who former players openly mocked and accused of striking them. We could literally have replaced Crossman with a playbook hanging from a wall along with a list of 1960s instructional VHS tapes on "playing like a champion" and I would expect improvement. Read the profile on this guy and then tell me he doesn't sound like an upgrade on paper. Perhaps an ex-player with fire in his belly who played Special Teams at a Pro-Bowl level is not such a bad thing? -
This makes me happy. Was sure it was happening, but it's nice to see it get done so early.

Bills hire Bobby Johnson as offensive line coach

Just hit the ignore button. I did it a while ago and it's made my time on here more enjoyable. -
Trading for AB would be stupid. He quit on his own team. By all reports he's a complete jagoff who doesn't respect anyone around him (cussed out Dick LeBeau). He can't coexist with Poyer, who by all accounts is a team leader on defense. In order to bring in AB we would have to get rid of Poyer, which would screw our defensive backfield up, not just because we'd need a starting S, but how happy do you think the rest of that unit is going to be bringing in a me-first diva at the expense of one of their leaders?
