If the over/under on Levi Wallace's new APY was set @ $8.99M.....I guess my point is I'd hammer the under. I just can't see an avg. CB with well below avg athletic traits who struggles in man coverage getting $9-10M a yr.

I love spotrac.com, Mike Ginniti does a great job & I really like his market valuations for FAs to be. He's very thorough in his breakdowns, but I think hus value for Levi is off. Levi coming off of a steady 2020 season hit FA and ended up coming vacation to the Bills on a 1 yr deal that payed him a little more than $1M. 1 year later coming g off another steady year, spotrac now has Levi valued @ $9M per year. Doesn't seem to pass the sniff test. Levi has been a steady, solid player, but it appears no one valued him last year even @ the $2.5-3M range so I don't see how he's suddenly going to find 3x or even 4x that much on the open market. I think hes worth a lot more than the $1M he played for last season, but I'd be surprised if he finds north of $6M on the open market. Don't forget teams don't love slow corners and Levi is a very limited athlete by CB standards. I think the Bills will offer him a 3 year extension in the $4M per year range and hold firm. If he finds $6M or better on the open market, give me the 5th round comp. pick & find a FA vet to replace him. Sometimes guys get comfy as a backup. Of course if someone comes calling and offers him $6-10M on a 1 year deal he'll be gone. But......if he loses out on QB musical chairs again and there's nobody knocking, maybe they get him back on a team friendly 1 yr deal, just like last yr.

Jameson Williams would be a dream to drop into this offense. That said the early chatter @ the Senior Bowl, according to Tony Pauline, is that Williams and Wilson are the early favorites to be the 1st WRs taken in the draft. I know Williams tore his ACL last month, but I actually dont think it's going to hurt his draft stock that much, with how quick players recover from ACLs. His speed is intoxicating. I think Williams will be off the board much earlier than Bills fans are wishing.

The Giants top 4 cap hits heading into 2022 are: Leonard Williams $27.3M James Bradberry $21.9M Kenny Golladay $21.1M Adoree Jackson $15.3M Absolutely brutal. The only player they can actually cut and save $$$ on is Bradberry, which is all but guaranteed given their cap situation (as the OP pointed out) That Leonard Williams deal was a special kind of horrendous deal that Gettleman concocted. Looking a little further down the list I wouldn't be surprised if the Giants look to trade/cut Sterling Shepard. Good player, but hurt a lot and they save $5M if cut.

I would welcome Jim Harbaugh to the AFC East. He's an old school, run & stop the run kind of guy. He loves to punt too. He'll be a mess in the NFL unless he really changes his tendencies,IMO.

I tend to think if Dorsey chooses the Giants over the Bills it probably had a lot to do with Daboll over McDermott. If he and Daboll can turn the ship around fir the Giants they'll be kings in the biggest market in America. It'd be a bad sign for us and would have me thinking how much McDermott is actually liked in the building

I think the #4 seed is more sought after than the #3 spot due to the higher likelihood of facing the Titans in round 2. I know upsets happen, so it's not guaranteed but the % chance if playing the Titans in round 2 is much higher if you finish in the 4 spot rather than the 3 spot. If your goal is the SB, then it makes complete sense to prefer a trip to Nashville over KC in the Divisional Round. The Bengals sitting all of their guys makes it very likely the Bills will be facing the Colts or Raiders (if they beat the Chargers). I think most Bills fans are going to be big Raiders fans on Sunday night

I'll give you a reason why. Try selling tickets on stubhub to Bills home games in Decenber and January. I jist sold a set of 4 tickets, lower level, 50 yard line, row 40 behind the Bills bench for $19 each for this Carolina game. They cost me over $150 each. There is little to no demand for these brutally cold late season home games. It's staring to make me reconsider holding onto my season tickets (which I've had for 20 years now) as a fan whos a 7 hour drive from the stadium. I can live with losing a bit but selling tickets for 15 or 20 cents on the dollar is tough......and that's before StubHubs ever increasing fees.

What a strange year. All 7 wins have bee by 15 points or more 1 blowout loss to Colts 5 games decided by 1 score or less and we've lost all 5 games (Steelers, Titans, Jaguars, Colts, Patriots & Bucs). I think McDermotts failure to go for it on 4th down when the #s clearly say you should is the biggest reason for our 0-5 mark in close games. I've noticed McDermotts 4th down aggression is most conservative in close games or when we our losing (which was his explanation again for kicking fgs). McDermott is the blackjack player who stays on 16s vs a dealer 10 because he's afraid to bust. He's a fool, and the media barely brings it up in post-game. Amazing

Tremaine Edmunds is one of the worst blitzers I've ever seen. Sending him on a blitz is like playing 11 on 10. He runs right into the line and dissappears off the screen. He's become a huge liability on defense. Just look at who the Bucs decided to attack repeatedly......they too identified him as a weak link worth exploiting.

Very simply put, yes. He showed something in last years week 17 game. Zack Moss has been well below replacement level at the position, so what do we have to lose. Moss shouldn't see a uniform for the rest of the season, and I'd split the carries like this: Breida: 50% Singletary: 30% Williams: 20% Bump Williams up some if he shows you something.
