  1. No problem. However, if anything else comes up for future games, let me know. Have fun. Sharks playoff games at the Tank are the best. Although, I was at last year's game when they got eliminated by the Oilers. That really stung. I still don't know how Pavelski's shot on that power play didn't go in. What a difference a year makes for the Oilers, what happened to them?
  2. Aweome! Am I invited? GO SHARKS!!!
  3. The playoffs start Wednesday, got any predictions? Eastern Conference Tampa Bay Vs. New Jersey Washington Vs. Columbus Boston Vs. Toronto Pittsburgh Vs. Philadelphia Western Conference Nashville Vs. Colorado Las Vegas Vs. Los Angeles Winnipeg Vs. Minnesota Anaheim Vs. San Jose Are the Predators the team of destiny this year? Are the Golden Knights going to make their inaugural season a championship season? Will we have a 3-Peat by the Penguins? Can the Capitals finally get to the Stanley Cup finals? Who is the beast in the east? Lightning or Bruins? Is it the Jets that could surprise everyone? Here is the schedule.....https://www.nhl.com/news/nhl-playoffs-round-1-schedule/c-280159064?tid=287339198
  4. Fales looked pretty good to me. If he were a free agent, I would have signed him.
  5. Star Trek: The Motion Picture, did not deserve all the bad mouthing it got. It has a very good story, and it is quite innovative. Yes, there are some scenes that go on far too long. Did we really need to have the first shot of the Enterprise to be 30 minutes long? I'm sure that after Star Wars, fans were hoping for a lot of action and thrills from this movie, and that's not what they got. They would get it later with The Wrath of Khan. It's too bad that this film was not as well received during it's initial run. It holds up very well.
  6. That's a good sized trembler.
  7. When does V-Ger return?
  8. Yes, that's how it looks. Let the speculation continue. Looks like we will need the announcements of the preseason schedule and the dates of the regular season schedule to distract us.
  9. In no particular order... Modern Time Movies: Airplane! Ghostbusters(1984) Tootsie The Birdcage The Blues Brothers Shaun of the Dead Galaxy Quest Back to the Future Old School Movies: The Odd Couple Bringing Up Baby Some Like It Hot The Music Box(Laurel & Hardy) I'm a big fan of these two, so there are numerous shorts that they made I could list, but instead I chose this one.
  10. With the month of April arriving, the last of the spring tidbits will be served as the big summer movie season will soon take off. However, this year the month of April got a surprise as the biggest anticipated movie of the summer(probably the year)was given a bump up from May. This has caused a lot of scrambling by other movie studios to re-position their respective films into earlier or later release dates. No question that some of these movies may not garner as much of a profit as they originally expected, but that's how the movie business is. There are plenty of good offerings this month for moviegoers, but nothing rivals what will be released at the end of the month, as the Summer movie season gets an early kickoff. It all began in 2008. Paramount Pictures, Marvel Studios, director Jon Favreau and actor Robert Downey Jr. gave us "Iron Man". The hope was to bring the Marvel superhero team, known as The Avengers, to the silver screen. Using individual origin movies of each character, that would then lead to the climactic team up. The plan worked. "Iron Man" was a big box office hit and the other films were well received. Since that moment, Disney purchased Marvel, and the series referred to as the Marvel Cinematic Universe was alive. After 18 movies in this series, the penultimate story has now arrived. Disney & Marvel present "Avengers: Infinity War". The Avengers and their allies must be willing to sacrifice all in an attempt to defeat the powerful Thanos before his blitz of devastation and ruin puts an end to the universe. Starring Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Pratt, Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Rudd, Chadwick Boseman, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Hiddleston, Elizabeth Olson, Paul Bettany, Idris Elba, Zoe Saldana, Don Cheadle, Dave Bautista, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Benicio del Toro, Jon Favreau, Karen Gillan, Letitia Wright, Gwyneth Paltrow, Angela Bassett, Winston Duke, Pom Klementieff, Danai Gurira, Linda Cardellini, Kerry Condodn, the voices of Bradley Cooper & Vin Diesel, & Josh Brolin. Yes, there are other movies this month..... Dwayne Johnson stars in the video game based "Rampage". Primatologist Davis Okoye shares an unshakable bond with George, the extraordinarily intelligent gorilla who has been in his care since birth. But a rogue genetic experiment gone awry transforms this gentle ape into a raging monster. As these newly created monsters tear across North America, destroying everything in their path, Okoye teams with a discredited genetic engineer to secure an antidote, fighting his way through an ever-changing battlefield, not only to halt a global catastrophe but to save the fearsome creature that was once his friend. Also starring Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Malin Akerman & Joe Manganiello. Emily Blunt stars in, "A Quiet Place". A family is forced to live in silence while hiding from creatures that hunt by sound. Also starring John Krasinski, Noah Jupe & Millicent Simmonds. Amy Schumer stars in, "I Feel Pretty". A woman struggling with insecurity wakes from a fall believing she is the most beautiful and capable woman on the planet. Her new confidence empowers her to live fearlessly, but what happens when she realizes her appearance never changed? Also starring Michelle Williams, Emily Ratajkowski & Busy Philipps. Joaquin Phoenix stars in, "You Were Never Really Here". A traumatized veteran, unafraid of violence, tracks down missing girls for a living. When a job spins out of control, Joe's nightmares overtake him as a conspiracy is uncovered leading to what may be his death trip or his awakening. In "Chappaquiddick", Depicting Ted Kennedy's involvement in the fatal 1969 car accident that claims the life of a young campaign strategist, Mary Jo Kopechne. 11. Honestly, it's not that drastic of a change. I like them going to a different colored helmet.
  12. Offense: RB Rashaad Penny. I think he will be something special in the NFL, and he would be a great compliment to Shady. Defense: DT Maurice Hurst. I know the heart condition make people nervous, but he would be great to have on our D-Line. I think he will be a terror.
  13. When Bobby Beathard was GM of the Redskins & Chargers, he would trade first round picks constantly. Guess it all depends on your outlook.
  14. April Fool's Day was 3 days ago.
  15. Come back here after Garoppolo has played an entire season. Then we will talk about the 100% success rate of the second round.
  16. Brees should go back to making more of those commercials of his kid kicking the football again.
  17. Despite the gushing by the national media, I still think that the jury is still out on Garoppolo, but I understand your overall point. We need a QB, and in order to get one, we have to trade up.
  18. !@#$ off
  19. Is it safe to say that the Alamo Dome has the most annoying horn in sports?
  20. The NFL just loves it's "step-by-step" announcements.
  21. Good to know. I read that the Preseason schedule should be announced by the end of this week.
  22. Tremors is a fun B-Movie. It is not a bad movie at all.
  23. True, and if Mora responds, Rosen should leave it alone. He does not want to get into a twitter war.
