    Phillips tried the soccer "pull the guy on top of me to make it look like he did it" move, no sale. At least, not against that team. We're 6 or 7 vs 1 or 2 in calls made/missed to shade the game. The Chiefs game yesterday was a prime example of shading. The Washington game was equal incompetence both ways which should be the standard, if you're gonna hire incompetent people.

    The sneaky part of comparing the Bills drive to the Ravens drive is the Bills absolutely established that they're gonna run, when they want, how they want, and it's gonna work. The Ravens drive didn't show that at all, Lamar is having to win from the pocket (and scrambles).

    I'm sure the rush is with the idea of plugging escape lanes before getting to the QB since no DL would be able to catch him unless he's fenced in already, but maybe you want to make him scramble and have the second level lay some licks on him and see if that moves the needle.
