As an aside... I worked with his mother Kim so I remember her pregnant with Garrett and coming in in a bassinette as a baby... anyways, I digress... and agree that he is not counted as a Buffalonian however if Garrett had ties here, spent a ton of time here, businesses here, married someone from here and identified his home town as Buffalo I would say the we would be remiss to tell him that he couldn't do that and we wouldn't count him as one of our own... but... we all have our own definitions so there it is... anyways I just hope she wins it al ...
-
She also defines her hometown as Buffalo. That has to count for something if she herself defines herself from here.

Apparently Spencer Brown... lets see what this does.

I think the longer you wait the more expensive it is... plus this actually may free up some cap room depending on how it is structured.

I am going Bernard on Defense as I think he brings the contain to Murray and forces some turnovers. I am gonna get hammered for this one lol but I am gonna go Coleman on offense. Not so much for targets and yardage, I think he is a big body in the red zone and grabs a TD or maybe two in the endzone on some 50/50 shots.

I tend to agree unless you are worried about your ST which I think we are. So maybe it makes sense to concede especially against an opponent that many feel inferior. I think overall this year there will not be 1 philosophy team wise, I think it will be situational and predicated on the over all performance of your ST.

Yeah, I am not sure that Ramsey is going to perform at his old level or at least for long.

The chatter around the Worthy trade isn't rational
JP51 replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
Maybe you are right... I hope not... but I would say it is more likely that Worthy has more catches and yards than Coleman, but holding Coleman to 1 or zero TDs when I believe that his major purpose was to be a big body in the red and end zone specifically to produce touchdowns would mean he was injured all year OR this was an epic bust of a pick and we got bigger problems than letting the Chiefs get Worthy. -

It is conjecture at this point but you know how people love to conject LOL... I mean Coleman hasnt even played a game yet what if he puts up 8 - 102 and a TD... does that mean we won the trade? Its one game for one of the players... lets see how this plays out... I mean at least a season.... that being said... Beane really does need to stop trading with KC, I just dont like it... makes me nervous... as if we are accomodating a team that believes a move makes them better based on their needs... why would I want to let them do something they think makes them better... Beat them in the playoffs and then trade with them LOL... until then just no... dont do it. -
I am not thinking Beane was gonna pass on a player he wanted cause of the CAP hit for that kinda money. I think Beane wanted a bigger WR to get 50/50 balls. That being said, I am still not convinced he wouldnt have been a better pick, but I figure give it a season before I begin to contemplate that.

I do not think that he is BELOW average... I think he is a bona fide weapon with his legs... he may be an average or c minus passer but total package he is a solid B to me. That being said and I have said it before, I will never understand the infatuation with him that exhaults him to MVP status. Maybe that is a media thing or whatever, but to me overall he may be the biggest over rated QB out there.... (Lets see what happens with Rodgers this year) . I would also say the minute he becomes a less effective runner, or is injured to the point that running is really not a good option he becomes very very average. So unless he reinvents himself like Elway did when he needed to stop running he is pretty much cooked when that happens. And he has no where near the arm or passing capabilities as Elway.

We sure as heck could use that for sure. Getting your day 2 and 3 guys to be straight up ballers is so critical especially to a team against the cap.

Love this... I feel like I dont even need to watch as this is totally what could happen... LOL I am serious.... I think we have some struggles in this game, I think its only a smidgen in doubt but not one of those lay back and watch the a$$ whoopin games either. And Bass totally misses something he shouldnt. -
Where ever you watch it definately get the Iberrian Black hoofed ham its amazing
-
He is like nails on a chalkboard to me.
-
Not everyone.... its time to have him take over... and honestly that should include challenging him at the LOS to alter play calls according to defenses.
-
Right! I wonder how the new stadium will affect this as well in the coming years. I cant imagine it hurting.
-
They absolutely must prioritize getting Josh weapons much more so than they have. I think they have tried in the past 2 years but I think they must continue to do that. Just looking at what the WR position is getting paid, having a stable of young WR is critical to me.

Week 1, Cards v. Bills - Predict the Score
JP51 replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
I was in the end zone side when Camirillo punted I actually think it went backwards from the line of scrimmage, like it travelled 5 yards past it and then the wind just took it back..... was a thing to behold LOL... Gonna go with Bills - 31 AZ - 24 But I think Bass misses a PAT so.... LOL Bills 30 AZ 24 -
