  1. Really! Ok then... I am happy to stand corrected, I seemed to remember it was like a 4mm but I trust you here.
  2. just not overly impressed with Hamlin, felt like we can do better... but I am not gonna lie... I just havent seen this guy except for when he was in KC, so I really dont know how well he plays... it does seem at this point the signing was way over hyped.
  3. Yes even when Rapp was out... Surprised he didn't get n... so basically he just isn't very good... big contract for a 4th safety.
  4. Where is Edwards as well.... I dont understand this either...
  5. Plus he could be a back up LB... oh wait.. he is to big for that... maybe a 1T DT LOL
  6. Just better not like ranch on his wings... just sayin... LOL
  7. Wow, was it Travon or another brother
  8. Still trying to understand what is going on with Mike Edwards.
  9. I like this take, mine is a bit different. I think Diggs always wanted to be an Alpha, but really was not a natural Alpha. Natural Alpha's don't need to create Drama... and Diggs was the queen of drama... So he made himself an Alpha of sorts by being bombastic and creating drama... therin lies his issue. He wants to win so badly that he wants to drive the bus.. he isnt a natural alpha so he forces himself into the role and eventually it comes off as inauthentic... folks get tired he gets frustrated and moves on... Funny thing is as he gets older if he begins to accept that his job is going to be a bit of a role he may abandon the alpha schtik and settle in nicely somewhere... if not... he gonna go Antonio Browns way... in so much as he will be way more trouble than he is worth. Just my observation.
  10. 100% agree. I would also say that the addition of a threat will make others like Shakir and Coleman more effective. Not sure about Samuel... just dont think he has it.
  11. I feel like there are positive cap implications here at least down the road... we are not locked in. We have options... It would be a very Billsy thing to do go get your guy to help fix WR, cut your only deep threat and dont play him LOL...
  12. Pretty much where I am at
  13. I think you are right here on the leash.... quite honest, if I am predicting I would say if they even make the playoffs he his here in 2025, if they miss could get ugly. 2025 will likely see some players signed for improvement... if he gets the same results he is probably gone. So, truthfully I am under no real illusion he goes this year but if things go very badly maybe at the end... He gets 2025 to get us there or not. (agreed on the KC game... this was a gameplan for backups that was effective, this is where he excels for sure, kinda like Ted Nolan and the Sabres... great for max effort out of kids... not so great for the next level.
  14. Agreed, Hollins has been more consistent that Samuel, MVS, Knox, etc... he certainly isnt our problem as a WR, he is more a victim of lack of talent. He is your 5 guy then he is just fine.
  15. I do not disagree certainly cant hurt at least on the field
  16. Well I like they are in the game.... I like they responded to the Jets ... even if to just get them to go well F#$@ LOL... I like the cap implications being low... I actually like that he is on an expiring deal .... not sure he is the guy for the long term... but if he wants a better deal come contract time, he needs to produce... dont see much downside in this...
  17. I think its funny because its so true... If you ask my cousin in Pittsburgh Mike Tomlin is the worst game day coach in history... Belichek was God until he was losing then he got dumb... I think though that we are seeing the same mistakes and philosopy from this staff, I have not seen much learning going on.... I am concerned his approach may help an up and coming team learn to win but after you have graduated and are playing for a title, it needs to change. I will say Reid was like this but he seemed to learn and get over the hump. Where coaches like Shottenheimer, Lewis, Fischer and Knox never did... to an extent Levy maybe... anyways... My feeling is he will be a fine coach of a developing team he doesnt have it to get past that... just my opinion.
  18. They thought they were the game.
  19. after the 13 second debacle... I am not sure how you fix stupid here. Doing this again in this game on the heels of the 30 second debacle where we didnt run clock and let them down the field to score a game winning field goal... would be like Joe Brady calling that split 17 wide direct snap to Samuel, roll Josh to his LEFT in to pursuit and throw deep to one of our slowest receivers against one of the best pursuit teams in football WHEN we are taking momentum back... a 2nd time.
  20. Our coaching has been terrible. So many things from not running the clock towards the end of the half, to rushing 2 into a swamp of OL, to playing the same basic defense that lost us 13 seconds to KC, to the unprepared pre snap penalties, to the non squib with 21 seconds left and that is just this game... and we won...
  21. This^^^^ Coleman would be better with a true number 1 and 2... he is not a boundary guy unless he is going 50/50.... I can see him doing much better in the slot in zone coverage and getting a bit of RAC.
  22. Not gonna lie, after the beating he is taking this year... I would be moderately surprised if he continued.
