I think you are right here on the leash.... quite honest, if I am predicting I would say if they even make the playoffs he his here in 2025, if they miss could get ugly. 2025 will likely see some players signed for improvement... if he gets the same results he is probably gone. So, truthfully I am under no real illusion he goes this year but if things go very badly maybe at the end... He gets 2025 to get us there or not. (agreed on the KC game... this was a gameplan for backups that was effective, this is where he excels for sure, kinda like Ted Nolan and the Sabres... great for max effort out of kids... not so great for the next level.

Agreed, Hollins has been more consistent that Samuel, MVS, Knox, etc... he certainly isnt our problem as a WR, he is more a victim of lack of talent. He is your 5 guy then he is just fine.

Well I like they are in the game.... I like they responded to the Jets ... even if to just get them to go well F#$@ LOL... I like the cap implications being low... I actually like that he is on an expiring deal .... not sure he is the guy for the long term... but if he wants a better deal come contract time, he needs to produce... dont see much downside in this...

I think its funny because its so true... If you ask my cousin in Pittsburgh Mike Tomlin is the worst game day coach in history... Belichek was God until he was losing then he got dumb... I think though that we are seeing the same mistakes and philosopy from this staff, I have not seen much learning going on.... I am concerned his approach may help an up and coming team learn to win but after you have graduated and are playing for a title, it needs to change. I will say Reid was like this but he seemed to learn and get over the hump. Where coaches like Shottenheimer, Lewis, Fischer and Knox never did... to an extent Levy maybe... anyways... My feeling is he will be a fine coach of a developing team he doesnt have it to get past that... just my opinion.

after the 13 second debacle... I am not sure how you fix stupid here. Doing this again in this game on the heels of the 30 second debacle where we didnt run clock and let them down the field to score a game winning field goal... would be like Joe Brady calling that split 17 wide direct snap to Samuel, roll Josh to his LEFT in to pursuit and throw deep to one of our slowest receivers against one of the best pursuit teams in football WHEN we are taking momentum back... a 2nd time.

Our coaching has been terrible. So many things from not running the clock towards the end of the half, to rushing 2 into a swamp of OL, to playing the same basic defense that lost us 13 seconds to KC, to the unprepared pre snap penalties, to the non squib with 21 seconds left and that is just this game... and we won...

This^^^^ Coleman would be better with a true number 1 and 2... he is not a boundary guy unless he is going 50/50.... I can see him doing much better in the slot in zone coverage and getting a bit of RAC.

Not gonna lie, after the beating he is taking this year... I would be moderately surprised if he continued.

Exactly this... I saw a few instances of people shedding blocks, I think Douglas had 2... Bernard did a couple times I think.... but how in the world do they rip off those runs... I often thought Poyer and Hyde would be missed at least as much in the running game as the passing game.... Milano being out certainly doesnt help.

Literally, if you are only gonna rush 2 then why rush? you are certainly not going to effect the QB.

Great synopsis, point 7 I am totally in agreement. WR have been bad... zero separation, I dont know if Kincaid has regressed or people know he is our only legitimate threat with Shakir hobbled... this position has to improve. Coleman is fine but again zero separation, if he isnt catching 50/50 balls he really hasnt been open much.

Oh I am not sure I am into Chad Ryland, we may have to trade for a guy, say Nick Folk... I know this we have to try to improve this position because I dont think he is going to get better. I think this is getting worse. That said, your point is fair, its easy to say get rid of... but then who do you bring in... Beane was in a quandry in pre season he just signed him to a big contract by kicker standards but that was the time to up grade. In the end, you watch kickers against us make 59 yarders to win games seem automatic and you gotta think we have to get better at this position...

I think people are thinking like this because they have no confidence that he can make an extra point. let alone a FG over 45 yards. They want someone better. I think not to be a prognosticator, but the more he misses like that the more its in his head and the worse theoretically people are worried he will get. But bringing someone in to me is a must. Its not like any team is gonna sign him at this point.

It was a fumble or it is a bad rule and needs to be changed. If it is the rule it makes no sense to have the ball going downward and still in the hand of the QB and not being a fumble. Its like taking a full swing of the bat and calling for a check swing cause you didnt mean too... Bad call or bad rule.

Switched up the dinner menu, last games Chicken Soulvaki was a disaster.

That officiating crew truly believed that the entire sport of organized football is about them... an absolute travesty on Prime Time. Literally ruined the game. And lets not forget like the 5 times that there were multiple flags and penalties offset.
