A minor repair of the spleen cartilage in the knee quick fix lol
-
If Tre White returns to previous form or close to it... I am not sure I could have expected Max to hit that level his rookie year.. Tre was Prime time in the day. If he is coming close to that, not sure there is a better free agent signing out there for the money... JMO .... Max could be the cherry on top...

Christian Wilkins released for kissing team mate
JP51 replied to ChronicAndKnuckles's topic in The Stadium Wall
I mean of all ways to potentially end your career kissing a team mates forehead... like grab nuts... fine... but that is what took you down... weird... He probably finds a place to play... but I don't see him getting this kinda contract... -

I remember this game well... lower bowl 4 rows up... -
Yes knee injuries kept him limited didnt really do much with I believe it was the Rams after he left...
-
first thing I thought of
-
Exactly, I am not thinking he comes back to change our superbowl aspirations... but maybe to help preserve them in a pinch... I dont disagree, my thinking is when is he healthy and if we needed someone he could fit...if he was still available.
-
I actually think almost exactly as you do... except I think in the right circumstance... i.e. we have WR injuries... we could bring him back here like a Beasley or Brown... I just have a suspicion he may find his way back here... No inside info or anything but a gut feel to back that up... just a feeling...
-
Oh I know... had his jersey was my favorite player in the early 90s... I was pumped when he fell to us from Penn State... I always said when Shane hit you... you been hit... but his legs were hysterical skinny... have no idea where his drive thru the tackle came from... but he was indeed a force.
-
Shane Conlan looked like this guy lol
-
I resisted the temptation to go WR assuming who we have works out... I think the next position of attention is gonna be depth on OL... lots of DE and CBs drafted recently.
-
I dont disagree... I just picked the 3 major recent hits...
-
I agree and Lets face it... if we are basing our decision on his pass protection then yeah cut him LOL... in the end he is not ever going to be the 2nd coming of Jamie Mueller... but improving his pass blocking to say average... opens up things for him because pretty much when he is out there in passing situations the D knows he is going into a pattern... but again, bottom line is, I don't want JC blocking in the backfield as a significant portion of our game plan... he is more dangerous as a threat to get the ball... JMO

Yeah, I am with you.... I don't see Oliver's play at that pick making TP roll over and say may bad... I am gonna guess Cook or Bernard or Benford.
-
I mean... hell yes... who doesnt respect the hell out of 3... happy to see him make it all the way back... but we really need to upgrade there... I am fine if he is veteran depth, leadership etc... but we have got to be better... If Cole Bishop cant win that spot, I feel like the pick is questionable at this point... not a bust but I am leaning more toward Elam and that pick than he is going to be the next Hyde or Poyer at S
