well I understand your point but I just dont buy and never have bought the #1 wr argument. The only #1 wr whoever made that argument hold up was Jerry Rice.

If they actually gave up a 2 for the guy, personally I would be livid. that is trading 4 seasons of a young talented player for half a season of a diva player who will leave at the end of the year. I hate everything about it being anything other than like a conditional 3rd or 4th.

When stroud was asked his top 5 qbs in the league last year he didn't have Allen on it but had himself. So I imagine in the locker room there is a lot of eye rolling on Allen. We are going to get a fired up texans team sunday. the funniest part is Diggs is a known deserter of teams and the Texans already have that vibe about them about winning this one for Diggs as if someone did something to him in Buffalo other than give him bonuses and defend him 24/7. That is all true but man Baker is a leader and have him back there in a playoff game against one of KC, CINCY, HOU or Baltimore would be huge. to me he is bigger than the position. He is a guy that is good for your club on and off the field.

that was my original thought that he would rolling right and throwing to coleman over the middle which would be cleared out by Hollins running that deep corner route. Watching the way brown and torrance blocked led me to believe that was the case but maybe Allen would have just stopped in the pocket and thrown to coleman. I still think had he had a clean throw he might have tried a deep ball to Hollins that only he could catch on the sidleline in the endzone. Dawkins got beat and the whole play was ruined as was the game. Oh well.

The thing with cooper is that he is lazy, doesn’t want to play hurt and doesn’t always give 100%. This is why Dallas dumped him for a fifth round pick.
