great. Make the vids/gifs to point out dawkins false starts that weren't called that led to pivotal plays I guess. I am simply pointing out pre snap penalties that are obvious not being called and the fact that this one bugged me.

yes i know, every game is that way. Holding can be called on every play. But these pre snap obvious as day penalties being missed are real head scratchers.

the next season KC did the same thing and lost at home to the broncos as the 1 seed. feels like five minutes ago but it was a life time ago.

It bugged me that they missed two obvious false starts that were big plays. If they call this and its second and 15 does it change the game? I don't know. The Bills were about to get all the momentum back with a stop and the ball. The False Start on the right tackle is as obvious as it gets, three bills players point it out and no flag. Makes me mental. here is a quick gif of the false start. How did Brady and the fox broadcast miss this?

its not all the same. They currently have two new coordinators this year and a number of new coaches with a lot of young players and a more coming aboard in april with the draft power they have.

They made a huge change and it failed and two more years were wasted of Elway's career. Also you are leaving out elway and reeves always butted heads and shanahan was a mediator of sorts during his two stints with reeeves and the broncos. McDermott and Allen do not have a bad relationship. The same people calling for McDermott to be fired will be the same ones asking why McDermott was fired when the next guy say a mike vrabel or whoever can't win the division.

Not the same. Philly made wholesale changes after reid and had to fail big time with chip kelly before doug pederson lucked into a superbowl. again, lot of years and mistakes between reid and the superbowl.

You left out the part where they hired Wade Phillips, lost in the wild card round, then missed the playoffs then hired shanahan and missed the playoffs. then the big one you left out. Mike Shanahan and John Elway led the Broncos to the 1 seed at 13-3 and lost at home in the divisional round to Tom Coughlin's Jaguars. Will you have the patience for that to transpire?

an interesting scenario that final week is, KC might have the 1 seed all set so they play their backups most of the game and Denver wins. I bet Denver is fighting for that 7 spot with the chargers/dolphins/colts that week. We might be actually rooting for this to happen to keep Miami out of the 7 seed and headed to orchard park I imagine for the saturday night game 6 days later.

not that it would have changed much I imagine but on the big catch by puka on the sideline the rams false started, the right tackle flinched the bills were pointing it out and then snapped the ball with no call. that was a big no call, it was third down. then the false start on the 4th down. Bummer. I imagine the Bills turned both those plays into the league this morning asking for an explanation, not that matters the league usually has vague responses from my understanding from the plays teams turn in with complaints.

A lot of us have pointed out all spring, summer and fall we have an excellent team with an average Defensive line. I personally do not understand why Von Miller gets so many snaps. He doesn't seem to do much in the run game and he basically just gets run out wide on most pass rushes. I wish solomon would get some snaps over miller at this point. To me Miller is one of the worst players on the active roster on sunday.

yes but they have to win the final 3 now. There is no wiggle room. They need the 10 conference wins to guarantee they are the 2 seed. If they want to sit guys and get some rest for players this is the week to do it because the game means nothing for Buffalo. There is no way KC is losing two games out of the last four. I imagine they will play their starters in week 18 for a half and then backups in the second half and probably lose finishing 15-2 as the 1 seed. If they go and lose 3 of the last four or even the two we need them to I imagine everyone will be shocked. I will say having to play at pittsburgh and at denver is going to be difficult and both those teams will need those wins much like yesterday's game with the rams for buffalo. So it is possible but unlikely. Who knows, Cleveland plays really good defense at home so we will see what happens sunday I guess. If they lose that one then maybe there is a chance. Just seems like the table is set for KC and Buffalo to be the 1 and the 2.

that ends the 1 seed imo and makes the lions game irrelevant. all that matters for the bills is winning the final 3 to get to 10 wins in the conference

Yep. There week 18 game with cincy might be a huge game. If pittsburgh loses to philly next week they might staring at a road to the 6 seed.

they blitzed over and over in the second half they never got home and gave up easy completions when they did. The difference in the game was the blocked punt for a score and giving up that 4th and 4 for a first down. its not a conference game so they are still ok but they have to win those final three games because they need those conference wins to hold onto the 2 seed. if the bills finish 13-4 and pittsburgh loses one more game in the conference Buffalo is the 2. THis is a bummer because it means they have to play to win the final week vs new england it seems instead of getting some guys rest.

they had him covered really well most of the time and he made great catches and stafford was great today too. They are fighting to get into the playoffs and uh even though someone tried to tell me this week that the game meant nothing for the rams ( he was serious too) it was huge. finishing 11-6 wins them the division and 10-7 probably gets them a wildcard spot. It took everything the rams had plus some critical missed calls to go their way to win, that is a tribute to what the bills are right now. I am just concerned about douglas, they can't lose him.
