  1. More missed tackles but saved by Johnson. Now score a TD
  2. They are much better with Flacco. Cleveland was too. He's still pretty solid. But no we shouldn't lose that game either way.
  3. Feel a little bad for Diggs. He honestly stayed remarkably healthy most of his career. Tough to get an injury like that at this age in what is essentially a contract year
  4. I just hope Tua protects himself in this game. I genuinely don't believe he should still be playing
  5. The Chiefs got better is all I really know. Maybe very very slightly better, but still better. I think Beane still has one more move in him. Probably one similar to this. I think it's safe to say that all of our lives will be affected by the outcome of next Tuesday. I am of course talking about the NFL trade deadline
  6. Coleman is just a great fit for Allen and this offense. He may never be a guy who consistently separates on timed plays but he can win contested balls in the red zone or on 3rd down and he's a smart player on plays where the pocket breaks down.
  7. Stay healthy, keep getting Cooper comfortable, get healthier on defense. If you could somehow get to 15-2, I do think that's the #1 seed and that's awfully appealing. Outside of that, whatever happens happens with your seeding. At least we can rest guys week 18
  8. A little off topic but this partly shows how impressive Tom Brady was with his move to the Bucs. But more than anything Rodgers is cooked. Physically and mentally. And I get the impression the offense and defense hate each other.
  9. Of all the complaints to have about Sal this is an interesting one
  10. Thoughts: Even though he threw a pick, Josh was elite again. He just makes plays maybe 1 other QB can make The offensive line let's Josh down every now and then but they also bully people in the run game. If they stay healthy, they will be downright scary in January Cook looks way more decisive this year. I love it Cooper was quiet but just his addition makes everyone better and this includes the TEs Coleman is coming on and he's embracing and playing his role very well I still wish our dline could get better pressure earlier in the game but they look solid especially with Von coming back Solid LB play without Bernard Our CBs could be elite. Douglas is getting close to that game changing INT I do still worry a little about our safety play Encouraging win. 1 week at a time
  11. This is just such an interesting game to me. The Seahawks have always been a different team at home than they are on the road. But potentially no Metcalf or at least a hobbled Metcalf is a big deal especially with our outside corners. Geno Smith isn't bad but he's not a guy who goes and beats you. The run game is very strong. The defense is inconsistent but generally a little leaky. The Bills have several injuries although all the key players may be able to suit up. I think Bernard is the key. Taking on Kenneth Walker with Spector in the game doesn't sound appealing. I don't think we can afford a super slow start again. Having Cooper with another week under his belt is a big benefit too. Again, not just that he is more up to speed but pushing Shakir, Coleman, etc down in the depth chart in terms of defensive matchups is just huge. I also think Ray Davis is going to be a big factor
  12. Yes if Milano is back at full strength and playing at close to his usual All-Pro level while Bernard is also playing at an All-Pro level, they will bench Dorian Williams. Given that I don't think that situation is likely, I think Williams will be on the field a lot in January. But if it does happen, man we are looking good.
  13. Hopkins isn't a gamechanger anymore but he fills a pretty big need on that Chiefs team. We made our WR move so I'm fine with no Hopkins but sucks the Chiefs got him. Probably happier they got him over a guy like Kupp though. Still think we need safety/d-line help
  14. Honestly if we had Kupp we may outscore anyone and everyone. Add Von back to the defense and this suspension just saves miles on his tires. Milano comes back in December. I'm talking myself into it
  15. I'd love Kupp and I still think WR is a need but there are bigger needs at this point if you're talking about parting ways with a 2nd or 3rd round pick.
  16. Cross country trips are never easy and the Seahawks are a solid team. But it's still a game the Bills should win. Take care of the football and we'll be fine
  17. Glad Oliver is back but Carter has earned more snaps
  18. There are better kickers out there but most don't want to sign to a practice squad. They want the job immediately and they'll hold out for an injury. If Bass went down or continued to miss kicks, I'm still not even sure Havrisik would get the job. This just feels like a competition and a warning shot to Bass rather than a move with any sort of actual on field plan.
  19. Guess we just won't be kicking much the rest of the year
  20. Well I believe we would have beaten the Chiefs last year if Jones hadn't gotten to Allen on that late play. But I also believe we would have beaten the Chiefs in the 13 seconds game if we had better coaching. This year something else stupid will probably happen.
  21. Being a Missouri guy I've seen him a lot. To be honest, I've never been overly impressed but also never worried either. His physical appearance makes you wonder how he ever gets a kick to go but he's solid. Kicks kind of a low line drive
  22. Need parenting advice. Came home from work yesterday and walked through the door saying "COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPPPPPP". My 3 year old and 5 year old didn't join in or even acknowledge it. How should I handle?
  23. I'd rather see Cooper drop the ball than Mack Hollins track a deep ball
