  1. There's no chance Hyde plays football 3-4 months after disk surgery. I'm sure his activity during practice is rehab and he's simply staying apart of the team.
  2. If he doesn't get tagged, I'd love to see the Bills go hard after Amos.
  3. They're tanking to solidify a top 10 pick. Spun their wheels enough with Carr with no real progress and likely looking to trade him after the season. Obviously benching him prevents an injury.
  4. Allen's struggles have had more to do with the elbow issue than weather. He wasn't all that great at Ford Field either.
  5. Not terrible. Just not any good sort of like the way Daniel Jones is not any good.
  6. Gonna say Carr to the Pats for Jones + picks and then the Raiders become one of several teams attempting to trade up with Cardinals for a QB. Garoppolo heads back to the northeast signing a free agent contract with Jets.
  7. This has been the scenario for a month already.
  8. Interesting. How about Carr for Mac Jones + picks. Have to expect another round of QB carousel this spring. I believe Geno, Jones, Garoppolo, and Mayfield are UFAs (not counting Brady & Jackson). Plenty of QB needy teams with Texans and Colts surely aiming for the draft.
  9. Burrow, Mixon, Higgins, Chase, Hubbard, and Hendrickson.
  10. Yes. He leads in yards, yards/game, TDs, QBR, and 2nd in overall passer rating on a top team. He has two awful opponents remaining who can't negatively impact his stock and carries the cachet to overcome any close debate. Hurts deserves honorable mention for his development, consistency, and touting the best record.
  11. To be fair, no first round pick calls for an asterisk. That being said, Beane doesn't deserve the free pass he seems to get. This off-season left a lot to be desired. Where to begin!? McKissic fiasco, lucrative match for Bates, Saffold fleecing, new deal for McKenzie, trading up for Elam, Bernard in R3?? The nagging issues with the Bills this year are directly a result of these failed personnel moves.
  12. They’re not garbage. They’re content. No different than a scripted argument on one of these silly debate shows. The point is to manufacture discussion and fill time. They accomplish that.
  13. Finding misery in others allows one to minimize their own predicaments.
  14. Carr to the Jets would be something. I wouldn’t be surprised if McDaniels is fired. Good spot for Payton.
  15. If a defensive coach, they’d hire an experienced OC perhaps with connections to Wilson or a Shanahan disciple. It could accomplish the same goal and streamline communication with Wilson.
  16. He’s a default candidate since Denver went young, novice, and offensive with Hackett and trends suggest they’ll flip the script this time around. I hope he is interviewed with genuine interest.
  17. Indeed, unfortunately. It's the difference between #1 and #3 seed. The lynchpin to this season has been the Bills earning the #1 seed. Without it, they're a toss-up amongst 4-5 other equal contenders in the AFC.
  18. Power rankings are filler. But I like them for flexibility and driving debate about what exactly one's "power" equation includes. It's fun to juggle record, recency, and projection. As for the OP, Chiefs are #1 because they have Mahomes and Eagles are #2 because they have the best record.
  19. R1 - IOL R2 - WR R3 - OT R4 - RB R5(2) - TE & OL
  20. Dawkins has stunk (at worst) or inconsistent (at best) since his new deal. Morse has been the only dependable cog this year when healthy and obviously his tenure is running out.
  21. Franchise tag Edmunds and then use free agency to fill a couple holes/depth on defense. Draft should be all offense entirely, including at least 2 OL within the first 3 selections.
  22. I don't mind this guy. He's got a schtick, he milks it, and it's mildly entertaining. The entire debate show medium - having to manufacture filler/content - is obnoxious. There's no reason to single this guy out.
  23. Given this firing, it's rock bottom for Denver in the puffies: 1. 49ers 2. Eagles 3. Bengals 4. Bills 5. Chiefs 6. Cowboys 7. Vikings 8. Ravens 9. Chargers 10. Jaguars 11. Giants 12. Dolphins 13. Packers 14. Bucs 15. Steelers 16. Lions 17. Commanders 18. Patriots 19. Panthers 20. Jets 21. Seahawks 22. Titans 23. Saints 24. Rams 25. Raiders 26. Browns 27. Falcons 28. Colts 29. Texans 30. Cardinals 31. Bears 32. Broncos
  24. I hope at this point even Beane understands he needs to take OL.
