  1. Eh... If my #s come up tonight I'll make 5 times that amount (lump sum).
  2. Thanks. I knew how they picked opponents but not how they picked locations (but knew there was some sort of formulas for it). So I appreciate the info explaining that. Sounds like it's that alternating 2 years of division opponent that causes it (we had that w/ the Titans before). Wonder why they do it that way, alternating years seems better. Anyway, thanks for enlightening me. 😉
  3. Troy consulted Beyonce on a response: "If you meant it then you should have put a name on it." (Ya know the chorus will now be in your head all day. You're welcome).
  4. "If ifs and buts were candy and nuts we'd all have a Merry Christmas." It's not who we play, it's where we play. We get KC & Chargers, 2 playoff teams away, but their 2 non-playoff teams, Raiders & Denver at home. Second year at Cincy. Third at KC. Plus at Philly. Other than Dallas & the Jags, not a lot of non division tests being played at our place. I just looks bad when it keeps happening. I'm sure some computer did it somewhere, but when it keeps happening year in & year out, maybe it's time to call someone from MIT to give the old computer a kick, just in case it's glitching. (Not sure why it doesn't alternate location every other time, seems that would be simple to predetermine).
  5. Yeah, I hear ya. But if perception is reality, then we're getting screwed. (Just seems like we're always away for the better teams)
  6. I'd say, what pass defense? But they did have 3 picks. Still left guys too wide open. Better clean it up.
  7. Have to go to #1 KC & #3 Cincy again, plus go to #1 Philly. WTF? At least #5 Dallas has to come to us & the #4 Jags. Not going to be easy. Just wish they'd even it up so we aren't always away for the tough games (this is 3 years in a row)
  8. It's #1 need. It's the difference between us & Cincy. Hell even the Phins have a better weapons set up. We won't win it all w/o true #2 & 3 weapons which we don't have right now. (Davis 48 catches on 93 targets= 51.6%) These next 2 weeks we're about to get a clinic in the importance of a true WR2. Cincy is gonna be a problem.
  9. Snowflakes have a better shot in Hell. He's terrible.
  10. Classless Clowns. Fines forthcoming. If ya can't jump in the salvation army bucket, this should be a doozy.
  11. Davis, slot WR, 2ndary, & pass rush need to up their games considerably.
  12. In the first half, my wife ran out the door yelling there's a bald eagle flying over the house. No one flinched from watching the game.
  13. My son's just called & said it's safe to come home.
  14. Stepped out of the room, now my son's won't let me back in. They say I'm the jinx. Guess I'm going for a walk.
  15. Complete choke job. This offense is awful.
  16. This team is done. Offensively they've got nothing. Allen looks off (missed Davis for the TD, then that pick). Looks rattled & uncomfortable in the offense. Has time & either doesn't throw or WRs aren't getting open. While the Defense let's guys run wide open. Nooo way we beat Cincy or KC playing like this. & It's been like this for a while & I don't see any improvement. The O-line, lack of WR2 & slot, weak secondary & no pass rush is too much to overcome.
  17. So much for the emotional momentum. They don't look ready to play anyone in the playoffs.
  18. Damar Hamlin Asked Who Won Bills-Bengals Game When He Woke Up | Sports Illustrated https://www.si.com/nfl/2023/01/05/damar-hamlin-awake-asked-bills-bengals-winner
  19. Thank God! Awesome news. Hope we hear he will make a full recovery.
  20. Agree 100%. McD should coach this team as long as he wants to. He's guided them through tons of adversity this season, but Monday night was something else. To pull his team off the field & tell the NFL we're not playing takes balls. He put his players first. He just earned every benefit of the doubt with me. Nothing but respect for that guy. (Taylor too)
  21. From the upper deck I could see them pumping away frantically at his chest & the AED out to shock him back to life. It took the wind out of my sails for this season. What I couldn't see, was them sticking a long tube down the throat of his lifeless body to intubate him so he could breathe, but his teammates got a real up close look at that. Everyone has their breaking point. Everyone. It's our team, but it's their life. The decision is & should be up to them. They may be forced to play but if their hearts not in it I would understand. I know they have to get back up but if that's not until next year I wouldn't be surprised, a few might even walk away for good. I really, really, really want them to win a SB. But right now, I want nothing more than Damar Hamlin to wake up & walk out of that hospital. What the players decide they can handle doing is up to them, I for one will support them either way. Go Bills!
  22. 100% with you I was stunned & in shock sitting in the stands seeing pieces of his uniform and equipment getting thrown to the side as you could see them run & frantically perform CPR for what seemed like forever & a defibrillator being put back in the ambulance, then holding your breath waiting to see if they could even get him breathing enough to get him in the ambulance. I actually thought Oh My God he might not make it off the field. Then seeing the ambulance leave. I don't know if I can watch another game this year, so I don't know how those guys can take the field to play again this year. That was devastating to witness.
