The burner is on under Dorsey's seat now. The Q. to McD were pretty pointed. Are you considering changing play callers on offense. Then when McD did the coach speak of I'm happy with some of the things we've done on offense, the reporter asked him what exactly it is he's happy with the O. 😳 Rude, but they weren't going to be snowed. I think the point was made to McD that people aren't impressed w/ Dorsey. If it doesn't improve those Q. will be more frequent and more pointed.

The improved Catch % is huge. 54% last year 70% this year. My biggest issue w/ him was the low catch%, which he's improved.

He's too much Josh's buddy not enough his coach. The offense is better w/ Josh under center. But Josh would rather be in shotgun. So Ken keeps Josh in shotgun & we go 3 and out repeatedly.

1. Commit to Josh under center, 40-50%. Get rid of the shot gun draw plays. 2. Start emphasizing using receiving options not named Diggs, Davis, Diggs or Diggs. 3. Actually scheme guys open instead of relying on guys to beat their man. More picks and rubs, quick slants wouldn't hurt. 4. Start changing up the tempo, no huddle at times to spark something. 5. Commit to the run game a little more. You don't always have to pass. 6. More situational awareness. When you have a lead run the ball to run clock. 7. A few more designed Josh runs.

Things get missed every game. It evens out. Play better and don't leave it up to the refs to bail you out. (Like run the ball there w/ Barkley instead of pulling a Pete Carroll).

Game over. Season over. This offense just doesn't want to play.
