Score more points than they do. We've invested tons into this already. Time to switch strategies & build up the Offensive arsenal w/ every single weapon we can get. Trade, draft, beg, borrow, steal. We need All the Weapons. Make the other team play catch up like Cincy & the Chiefs do to us. As for the D, it's time for a scheme change, cause same old same old doesn't work, take a page of Cincy's creative D play calling, hire one of their young assistants to be the new D coordinator.

Retool & overhaul. May need to trade players to get what we need due to our salary cap situation & lack of extra draft assets. Need to rebuild the O-line, get a ton more weapons 2 or 3 Wrs, another RB. New coordinators. Different, more flexible D philosophy.

His handling of the Hamlin situation is the only thing that earns him another shot in my mind. He was impressive with that. But he needs to make a lot of changes next year. They are 31st in tackling, Cincy was first, we were top 3 in drops & turnovers. Details matter & McD is not buttoned up on details. So next year needs to be different or yeah, it should be time for a change.

Those aren't my only options. McD did not have his team ready today in any way. He took 3 timeouts into halftime & burned his second half timeouts w/ 7 minutes to go, no adjustments, no changes in how the offense operated last week to this one (chuck it deep Josh all the time). After last year's 13 seconds debacle, he should be on the hot seat, period. Otherwise expect more of the same. & I'll take a Zac Taylor, who gets his team to the SB in year 3 & looks on his way to another, possibly a win in his 4th season as head coach. That's the kind of guy we need.

Right, give it time. There's always next year (AFC game KC dominated), & next year (13 seconds), & next year (Cincy dominates) & next year & next year. By the time you realize that's who he is Josh's best years will be behind him.

He's Marty Schottenheimer, great most of the season, but comes up short in the playoffs. Hopefully we don't wait too long to realize this like the Chargers did when he coaches Rivers & company.

Dorsey should go. 10 pts, offense completely not ready today & plays the last 2 weeks are all Josh chuck it deep w/ no adjustment, instead of scheming guys open & getting the ball out quickly. No picks, rubs, nothing. He's really bad. & His press conference this week, when called out for the Miami game was arrogant, "we won't play conservative", meant no changes nothing is wrong. Well we found out today how wrong & inept he was.

I'm not shocked by this honestly, it was building all year. They're not that close & I don't see it getting fixed in 1 off season. Gonna be tough watching them be pretend contenders again next season & fooling me into Billieving a second year in a row. I think they need massive changes (like trade some assets on D & I to get the capital to fix the offense & make some coaching changes & really do a deep dive into changing their philosophy). Nothing should be off the table, nothing.

He's right to he upset. He & Allen are being wasted in this "offense". Major changes are needed. He wants a ring & it doesn't look like that's happening here any time soon.
