  1. Seriously, the barrier to filing a patent like this for clothing is fairly low. Pretty sure JA likely has a lawyer or access to one via his agent and it wouldn't cost more than a couple of grand to prepare the paperwork and file the patent application. Means you get at least 20 years of exclusive use of the trademark.
  2. Looks like some lawyer in Maine is looking to trademark 'JA17' https://uspto.report/TM/90501316
  3. In all fairness, and while it annoys the everloving crap out of me, DBs gotta learn to turn their head around. Play the ball, not the receiver. Its a dumb AF flag and really should be a 15 yard/1st down penalty instead of a spot foul but the rule is quite clear that if the DB is fighting with the receiver but doesn't have his head turned towards the ball a flag is gonna get thrown.
  4. This is it, more than anything. Pats defense is very opportunistic and very good at picking off passes and forcing fumbles. Can't let them steal any possessions, can't give them free points.
  5. Gotta wonder if Tremaine Edmunds had any input on this as well since they likely played together at VT and he might have personal insight that scouts don't.
  6. This is a much a Bills message board as a collective therapy session for thousands of traumatized and damaged Bills fans 😂
  7. He got a good second contract after his one year flyer in BAL from us and had a career year here as a WR1. Man made his money and should probably hang it up and enjoy his shekels for a bit and plan for his life after football. I will miss his TD dances and completely smoking Gilmore for a TD against the Pats.
  8. I think that 2019 year where he went 1k/1k just broke him. He had like ~270 carries + 116 receptions (!) that year. Hasn't been anything close the same player since.
  9. he also dusted Lattimore on a sick goal line route. I’m not worried about Jackson on Diggs, but worried about the Pats front 7 making life miserable on our passing and running game. That being said if the Bills play mistake free football and don’t turn the ball over they have more than a real shot.
  10. If we can play mistake free football and not turn the ball over we got a an easy route to a W. A very depleted titans team had multiple opportunities to put points on the board and got rocked by turnovers, which ultimately put the game out of reach. Their offense plays efficient. Don’t give them any free possessions. That is how you win.
  11. I never appreciated OL play until much later in my football fandom life. What I wouldn't give for what the Colts have on their OL. There was some consternation from people with them taking a guard 6th overall but Quenton Nelson just destroys defensive linemen.
  12. Yeah the sloppiness with the football is killing us like it was crushing the Chiefs earlier this year. If we can clean up the turnovers and just play patient football we can win games. We have the defense to do it (well...most of the time lmao). We don't need to drop 30-40 burgers on teams every week (although...cool). I'll take ugly, gritty W's as long as they're W's. Lord knows I've seen enough ugly football (and some wins) played by the Bills in the last 20 years 😂
  13. This place until kickoff Thursday. Not to say it’s not deserved. Bills looked like a wet fart that just went on for 4 hours.
  14. i think unless they’re down 3 scores with 5 minutes left in the 4th the Colts will keep playing the run and not get away from their strength/identity. They’re like the Titans in that even when you should pass, they’ll run because JT is that good.
  15. I think a lot of people here are just too damaged from the drought. We’re all just waiting for the rug to get pulled out from under us. The bills are a good team. At least I think so.
  16. Well folks, time to pack it in. Season is over 😂
  17. Everyone looks at sacks, but if you create high pressure and play excellent coverage you create a recipe to force turnovers...which the Bills lead on, by a hilariously large margin. Granted a bulk of those turnovers came at the hands of Davis Mills, Taylor Heinecke and Mike $#&*(@ White, but turnovers are still turnovers. What's better...a sack or a turnover? I would argue the latter. This is a championship caliber defense, on the same level as the 2015 Broncos just from the eye test.
  18. Good teams overcome. This weekend we find out if we are a good team.
  19. For real, he had over 300 yards passing, completed over 70% of his passes, was our leading rusher and scored a rushing TD as well. He also made some absolutely batshit sideline throws on that drive right before the half where I think even he was flabbergasted he completed those passes to Davis. I mean ffs, what more do you want?
  20. Sometimes I also wonder how much of that 'bad gameplan' stuff is just the other side being very effective at gameplanning against our offense. If your secondary is weak, you lean on your defensive line and linebackers, but keep the further back from the LOS to keep the ball in front, present a favorable front for running and short passes and discourage throws to your backfield. I think Daboll is a good OC, and Allen is a great QB but you also have to acknowledge Eberfluss and Reich on the other side. They did everything they could to give us looks that would shine light away from their weakness and we generally always took the bait.
  21. There's plenty to hate about Jauron, but he did what he could with the lemons he had.
  22. Definitely feel Aikman's take here. I was wondering if the Rams themselves think they are a good team with them basically mortgaging their next draft or two to get OBJ and Von Miller this year. Are they trying to say their WR depth isn't good enough? That they need more veteran leadership or speed on the defensive line? The last two games that team has looked like it got told it wasn't good enough and is playing up to it.
