Someone just tweeted the Bills are hoping to stash him on the practice squad. With his injury history, I think that's doable. I really would hate to lose him after a great off-season. I can see where injury concerns would make them hesitate to let Crowder go in his place. Besides the dead cap hit for Howard, I agree with all the moves they've made.

I thought about Moss, but with Motor being a FA after this year, Cook being the 3rd down back, and the lack of cap savings… I don’t see a real benefit in trading Moss unless they were going to get a 4th or 5th rounder. If I had to pick, I would say Cam Lewis or AJ

I feel like Beane should issue a formal apology for not striking hold on every single pick. Even though the current draft is looking like an end to end winner and most of the team are starters from this draft, Beane really messed up taking a projected 1st rounder in the 2nd and flipping him for a 5th instead of cutting him. We also need to make sure we are demanding the same from the teams who had to outright release bust first rounders this past month.

It’s tough because you know we aren’t seeing the full playbook in preseason. However, Crowders had the same opportunities as Shakir and it’s not even a competition on the field. If you didn’t know their histories and just watched their output, Shakir is the runaway favorite to make the team. With McKenzie seemingly locked as our slot receiver, I don’t know that I’m paying Crowder to be the 4/5 receiver I’m more concerned about the rumors of them released Kumerow because of how well Hodgins looks. I don’t trust his injury history.
