I didn’t have a problem with the decision. It’s 3rd down and they were out of field goal range. Send the blitz and make the QB make a quick decision. You play soft coverage and Russ completes a 5-10 yard pass they right back in field goal range. Taron Johnson has to win his 1 on 1.

McDermott not the one turning the ball over 3 times a game.

Only played 21 snaps tonight. He’s clearly not 100% shut him down and get him fully healthy for next season. Give his snaps to Epenesa

Old saying: “Teams are a reflection of their COACH”

Im sorry but this game is on 17. McDermott defense kept the Bills in it like always and once again Josh couldn’t deliver . Better QB play the Bills win this game easily. -
Franchise in trouble- Josh Allen has regressed
BillMafia716ix replied to RoscoeParrish's topic in The Stadium Wall
Daboll leaving was the worse thing to happen to Josh. Daboll was the only coach that would rip into Josh Allen when he would make stupid mistakes. Now the OC is in the booth. McDermott isn’t the firey get in your face type of coach so there’s nobody on the sideline holding Josh accountable. I never see him gathering up the offense on the sideline trying to get the guys going. He just sits there with his cap on. I don’t like his energy at all this year. -
Dorsey called a good game today. I’m tired of letting Josh Allen off the hook. I like the kid but he’s overrated. If you go into a game wondering if Bad Josh or Good Josh is going to show up you have a problem. He makes too many damn mistakes and I’m tired of it. No accountability on the sideline. Doesn’t try to get guys going when he’s on the bench. Just sits there with a dazed look on his face. I’m over it. But unfortunately we stuck with him. So Dorsey will take the fall.

I’m really getting fed up with Josh.

I’m still waiting on the proof…because I haven’t seen it.

Happy for Motor. 30 touches and 150yards vs. Cincy today. Thought the Bills didn’t view him as an every down back?? Still upset the Bills shut him down towards the end of last season to play James Cook. Great job today Motor!! A Rookie QB and a ex Bills RB went into Cincy and did what the Bills couldn’t. Embarrassing

Cover 1 breakdown of the Dorsey offense
BillMafia716ix replied to Scott7975's topic in The Stadium Wall
Josh doesn’t go through his progressions when his 1st read isn’t there. He predetermines his throws before the play starts. Which is why you see him miss routine throws when there are guys open underneath. Dorsey is getting the heat and he deserves it for sure. But Josh isn’t playing light out either -
McDermott is not going anywhere anytime soon. This organization was a dumpster fire before McDermott/Beane showed up. Why are the Bills expectations so high? Because McDermott brought stability to the organization after YEARS of recycling HC. They would go through a full roster rebuild before they would even consider doing it. Who the hell fires a coach who has won over 60% of their games. Has 3 division titles in 4 years and was just 13 seconds away from a SB appearance?? It makes zero sense. It’s not going to happen and its wasted energy to even think about it. Yes. We all want a Super Bowl!! So do 31 other teams but this isn’t college football where Georgia or Alabama win it every year. There’s a reason why there hasn’t been a repeat Super Bowl Champion in over 20 years. Because it’s hard to ***** do!! All you can ask for in this league is the opportunity to win a superbowl and since McDermott has been here, the Bills have been in the conversation to win it. Do they need to make changes? Absolutely. But changing HC isn’t one of them.

I kind of agree. I mean it’s hard to go against it because it was working at the time. Daboll didn’t have much balance in his offense either but the Bills were scoring points and it got a Daboll a HC job. My thoughts is McDermott wanted to promote from within to make Josh feel comfortable and didn’t want him learning a whole new offense which is understandable. 2 seasons in now I think he knows he made a mistake because the offense doesn’t have the same creativity it did under Daboll. Nothing they can do about it now unfortunately. So I think McDermott is going to ride it out and see if the offense improves. If not…I fully expect them to make a change at OC next season.

Not enough production out of a former 1st round pick who is in his 3rd season and up this point in his career has been a disappointment. With Von Miller coming off a torn ACL, You’d expect a guy like Rousseau to elevate his game and he hasn’t up to this point. They need more production out of him and nobody is talking about it.

For the life of me, I just wish Josh Allen had a respectable running game. We continue to play this finesse style of offense and it annoys the crap out of me because everything has to be on his shoulders. Why are we throwing the ball on 3rd and 2? Instead of just lining up under center and handing it off or working off play action. A player like Josh would thrive in an offense like that. I watch Philly play and say to myself Josh Allen would look great in their offense. But instead we just wanna spread out go 5 wide and play backyard football.

Who are Mahomes WR’s?? The Bills have more than enough. The scheme they run is horrible and doesn’t get guys open.

Poll: Top reason for the Offense's underperformance
BillMafia716ix replied to Fan in Chicago's topic in The Stadium Wall
Dorsey is definitely running a dummy down version of Daboll offense because Daboll offense didn’t have much balance either. No threat of run a game is killing this offense. Like it has for YEARS. Imagine Josh playing with a guy like Derrick Henry or another elite back. A guy other than Diggs that defense has to account for. Josh working off play action would be deadly!! It’s such an easy fix and I don’t know how this coaching staff can’t see it. It’s frustrating -
Poll: Top reason for the Offense's underperformance
BillMafia716ix replied to Fan in Chicago's topic in The Stadium Wall
We have zero balance on offense. Once we got down in the game, Dorsey panicked like he always does and completely abandoned the run game. When we blew out Miami. We ran it and threw it. We haven’t done it since. We still want to play a finesse style of football even though they preach they want balance. Still many times when it’s 3rd and short they will throw it instead of using our power back to keep the chains moving. Dorsey is an idiot and needs to be gone asap!! -
The one bright side to all of this...

Josh Allen is one of the faces of the league. They’re still going to have primetime games -
Officially out of the playoffs as of now

For now. They still are one game back of the division. They win last night..they would be in 1st place.
