  1. Getting Landon at 62 is an A+ because I think there's no chance he's there.
  2. Its incredible. Last years mock 3.0 had us trading up to 19 for BTJ and I will never let myself get hurt again.
  3. I feel like she has filed for divorce like 3 times
  4. Love him but slot only I think.
  5. I think even this is underrating it lol. McGovern was an improvement on Mitch
  6. You should have seen the treatise @BringBackFergy did on Tyrod struggling years ago. The guy is one of the sharpest football minds we have.
  7. Correct which is why you never draft RBs high.
  8. certainly no good QB’s came out of 2018 when they took Barkley lol
  9. He’ll be so elite when he signs with a good team in 5 years time imo
  10. It would be so Giants to pass on QBs for RBs in the top 10 for the second time in 7 years and wonder why they suck so bad.
  11. It sucks having good players commanding good salaries. We need more Damar Hamlin’s taking near vet minimums instead lol
  12. It’s actually funny you say that, because last year was the most notable year that Beane wasn’t able to move up the draft much. It was a relatively weaker draft. The plan of using extra anmo to move up never materialized. He found plenty of suitors to move back because those later picks weren’t valued as high
  13. I’m not sure id describe trading up for Kaiir Elam as a wizard move
  14. Dalton will be 45 before anyone expects him to have developed
  15. Eddy O suffers from what Kyle Williams suffered. A smaller penetrating 3t not named Aaron Donald can be too easily neutralized by a good scheme. Baltimore #1 and KC take his lunch money constantly. That’s not to say that our DL struggles are entirely on Ed just like they weren’t entirely on Kyle. But he is simultaneously an absolutely disappointing top 10 pick and a good player. And I do think prioritizing 1t’s to “unlock him” over 3t’s who may just be flat out upgrades is a mistake. At this point in his career, he is who he is.
  16. The thing about trades like this is that all the other GMs in NFL have similar ideas on where the “value” is in this draft. So really, why would any opposing GM do this? The only reason is if they have a player they covet when we pick. And even then, do they covet them enough to take them in round 1 and basically miss out on day 2? They are all trying to rob the same train.
  17. Has a disgruntled RB hit market since then?
  18. Or just use snipping tool on the photo
  19. Did the Jets leave the league or something lol?
  20. Think that was the point after getting the ball 400 times for a few years. I doubt Bell or his agent regret chasing the bag.
  21. Bell got everything he wanted. 2x + guarantees of the franchise tag
  22. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/26243380/bell-plans-join-jets-4-years-525m
  23. I think it’s largely not possible because of passing physicals and stuff, right? Like you trade Cook for a fifth and then we take a player. Maybe Cook doesn’t pass his physical and they don’t want that player.
  24. Khalil Shakir is underrated by his darn catch, yard and TD totals. Folks see the Josh Allen - Shakir connection, and they squint past the 1000 yards difference between Burrow - Chase, Stafford - Megatron, Anybody - Justin Jefferson.
  25. I think what @Bill from NYC has right is that when you look at independent affect on the game of your listed "premium positions," CB is the probably the least. Put another way, if you could have top 5 at any of those positions, I think CB would be the last pick. All that being said, for every losing season the Jets had with Sauce Gardner, how many winning seasons did they have with Revis being their only true superstar?
