  1. Teams are sloppy every year but Patriots fans are just in denial. They don't know how to deal with being mediocre to bad, and all signs are pointing that this will probably the Patriots' worst season in a long time.
  2. The equipment manager in Tampa has to fly in a special toilet seat for when Brady sits to pee.
  3. These are routine throws by Allen now. They're only improbable for people not named "Josh Allen". The man is a human cheat code.
  4. Easily one of the dumbest defensive plans of the week. Mahomes is historically fantastic against the blitz, so let's take away coverage and try and him blitz him. Stupid.
  5. Anecdote: I have always played sports better when I'm loose and having a good time. This could be part of the "culture" that the Bills have been fostering.
  6. Yeah, that's a reasonable take. The Ravens aren't a crap show of an organization, and it absolutely could be Jackson holding out for a pie in the sky number.
  7. Jackson should leave. I completely think it's very dumb that he doesn't have an agent, but the Ravens are not putting him in a position to show that he can be more than a gimmick runner. The Ravens WR core is arguably the worst in the league.
  8. I can't imagine thinking I know more about player workloads than a team with some of the least injuries, a top analytics department, and an excellent sports science division. Hubris.
  9. Absolutely ridiculous that they got it done in a single season. A complete revamp that just instantly clicked. Incredible.
  10. 100%, hopefully it's something that comes with more experience with playing with Allen and getting used to tendencies.
  11. 100% agree, and I also think that if Cook doesn't fumble then Moss (hopefully) doesn't get the play time he got. The man looks like he's running through pudding compared to Singletary, who isn't even fast.
  12. Biggest shocker of the game for me: Jordan Phillips' performance. I don't know what it is about this system but the man excels in it. The Bills looked like a dominate force. I was surprised at how polished they looked (minus the roleplayers flukey interceptions and the fumbles). Allen made it look easy, fitting balls into windows that most QBs wouldn't even attempt.
  13. This is the first Bills game in over a decade that I'll be watching in an EST time zone. I'm so used to games starting at 7AM on Sundays or 2-2:30PM for primetime games. I don't even know what to do with myself anymore.
  14. I became excellent at frying wings when I lived in Hawaii for that specific reason. Lots of excellent food there, but the pizza and wings were trash.
  15. I'm sorry but this is a ridiculous take. "If the Bills are successful then the successful players will want more money!" If that's the main concern moving forward then sign me the eff up.
  16. Running better and more varied runs. I swear the Bills haven't run an outside sweep since Shady was here. It's only been between the tackles because of the lack of speed. I hope the addition of James Cook really opens up the running playbook a bit.
  17. I think this is a big change that can easily get overlooked. I think Bobby Johnson was a middling to bad position coach. We had no O-Line identity at all last season. I expect that to be a lot better this year.
  18. His target share is way, way lower than Kelce or Andrews. He was way more impactful than Pitts was last year (granted he was a rookie). This is a commitment to him getting a larger slice of the offense.
  19. How does that make sense? Knox contract was up this year, Gabe still has another year on his contract. If anything, this is more likely a Knox vs. Edmunds discussion.
  20. A lot of cheddar but I think this is similar to the JA17 signing. It's going to look like a steal in 2-3 years. He's got fantastic tools and he's a big RZ threat with the potential to be a lot more. Love this signing.
  21. I'll chime in and just say I'll be surprised if it happens this season. The Bills have too many good skill position players, the ball is going to get spread around a lot.
  22. The NFL is a small business and can't afford full time referees, obviously.
