They don’t go 3 and out a lot either. I question both the accuracy of your perceptions and the reasonableness of your expectations. Yes, all teams can “do better” but I don’t really know what you or the other negative poster want to see. Can you articulate it? Because the other guy couldn’t. How much better would you like them to be? 2.5%? 5%? I don’t know. I’m not going to sit here and present data and be refuted with some variation of “but…but…but the eye test and they’re not efficient and…” Anonymous posters’ “eye tests” mean nothing to me and don’t persuade me at all.

The Bills are 2nd in the league in first downs per game this season.
-
I guess you wouldn’t know what to say, considering: 2nd in yards/drive 2nd in points/drive 2nd in overall drive success rate https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/nfl/overall-drive-statsoff/2022

so the facts that they were 2nd in scoring, 1st in 3rd down efficiency, and Martin punted 2.8 times a game (fewest) don’t matter to you then. I don’t know who “we” are, but I don’t remember making that lame comparison.

too many 3 and outs huh…

Mac Jones is repeatedly dirty and needs to be reined in
JoPoy88 replied to Beck Water's topic in The Stadium Wall
that would make a lot more sense. -
Sean McDermott should be Coach of the Year
JoPoy88 replied to Coach Tuesday's topic in The Stadium Wall
there’s been very good coaching stories (daboll for one) but the adversities McD has faced…whoa. Yes i agree he deserves it. -
What Bengals & Chiefs fans are saying about the situation:

Also a distinct possibility. We have a handful around here playing out the same act. -

Given what I’ve seen/read from Chiefs fans, this absolutely tracks. Not sure why they have so many vocal horrible people amongst them, but it is what it is I guess.- 178 replies

Well deserved.

Most of those are extremely rough. The concept could be cool, but I saw a whole bunch of logo swaps.

“lost his speed”? Cole was never speedy. He ran a 4.5 40 and that was over a decade ago. He runs precise routes and finds holes in zone defenses. That’s his value. He probably has to knock off some rust too. They wouldn’t have signed him if they thought he couldn’t contribute at all. You should probably just calm down and see what happens.

Russell Wilson and Deshaun Watson failing good for QB market.
JoPoy88 replied to Ramza86's topic in The Stadium Wall
the Watson contract was unprecedented and hated by all the other owners in the league. That wasn’t going to be seen or used as a precedent no matter what he did on the field. the Wilson contract looks horrific right now, but there’s a slight chance he rebounds a bit next year and Denver salvages a little value out of that. None of these things matter though. If you’re implying or expecting some sort of reset in thinking on vet QB contracts, it won’t. The market is what it is and the cap will keep increasing. Lamar seems next up. He will get his money. The Watson and Wilson situations will not affect him at all. -

The “concept” of having two top-flight wideouts, as opposed to one or none, is a good one, yes.
