  1. So the standard for you is just running it back and losing to the Chiefs again? It really seems like people lose sight of the goal as we get further removed from the end of the season.
  2. McKenzie was here last year. He doesn't add speed. Also, he's not a deep speed/scare the defense type of player. He has some lateral quickness.
  3. Thank you. The inconvenient truth. Everyone seems to be forgetting why we lost to the Chiefs. They said we need to improve our speed, but it's only gotten slightly worse by replacing Brown with Sanders. We need dynamic weapons to go blow for blow with Tyreek Hill.
  4. So far we have a net loss of speed on offense. How will they improve?
  5. No, he didn't. The thread title literally means he voluntarily left his job.
  6. And that's what Beane does: fills all the holes with adequate players before the draft.
  7. Knox, Hollister, Gilliam, Sweeney is a full room. It might not be as dynamic as we'd like, but it's a full room and a decent room. Probably a bit better than last year. Need to add a dynamic speed weapon somewhere, whether it's at RB, WR, or TE. And we need McKenzie back.
  8. This guy is annoying, and he doesn't scare me on the football field at all. He's a generic #2 receiver.
  9. Interesting that Beane said yesterday that they don't have an in-house answer for PR/KR right now.
  10. We're less stacked than we were last year, and there is a striking lack of speed. Beane said they needed to add speed, but so far they've only subtracted it.
  11. Look at Sammy's stats. His best years were with the Bills, by a lot. IIRC, he scored 17 TDs with the Bills and only 16 in all the years since.
  12. I could be wrong, but I think this is overblown. IIRC, he just liked playing with the Bills on Madden sometimes; he wasn't actually a Bills fan. People were eager to make more of it.
  13. What does it mean to have beef on weak cravings?
  14. Maybe Watkins has come back to the Lord, possibly prompting McDermott to give him a second chance.
  15. I didn't react well to this at first, but the fact is that Watkins was key to the Chiefs' Super Bowl win. It could work.
  16. I'm sure if Bills brass knew you'd be this triggered by the re-signing of 🇹🇼 Jones, they would have reconsidered.
  17. That money is shocking. How did Beane pull this off?
  18. I think it's pride for Belichick. He wants to prove he can win with average QB play.
  19. The Bills have done nothing to close the gap with the Chiefs.
