This literally has nothing to do with the topic. Objective observers everywhere can see that the "mental" is an issue with Allen. Why is everyone so afraid of accepting that? I just said I have faith he can improve. But some people just seem to be scared to death to acknowledge the need for improvement.

Look, I know everyone's upset and wants to defend Josh, but he *absolutely* looked nervy. He's in year 3. What other elite QBs do you see look nervy? Please be objective. It's a big concern. Yes, we're only here because of him, but being here is not good enough. As another poster alluded, the best QBs have ice water in their veins in the biggest moments. Yesterday was a big test for Josh to show he could handle it emotionally/mentally, and he showed that there's a lot of improvement to make in this area. I hope he takes it as seriously over this off-season as he did with his accuracy in prior years. I have faith he can improve, but let's not pretend there's not an issue when there very clearly is.

Josh Allen better not get a big contract until he can be his calm, regular-season self in the biggest moments. Asking this question is very fair: is Allen only elite without the pressure of fans and big moments?

How are there four guys around the receiver every time the ball is thrown + Allen is still under constant pressure? I do not understand.

I want the conversation next year to be how can AFC teams keep up with the Bills and the Chiefs. I want his performance to leave no doubt that we will be a contender for the next 10+ years. I want an elite performance, a superstar performance. There's no reason it shouldn't happen. Bring it, Josh Allen.

I could be wrong, but I don't think Bart Scott has ever picked the Bills in any scenario. I wouldn't expect it this week, but it goes way back, with him being downright disrespectful at times. I wonder why. At this point we all just need to accept that people just hate the Bills for some reason. I truly don't think a Super Bowl win would change anything. For some reason, Buffalo having success or being the best is unacceptable and illegitimate.

The nightmare scenario is we get blown out, Allen makes mistakes and justifies his haters/proves he's not on Mahomes' level, and they call us a fraud... I think I fear that more than losing.

This is a trainwreck. I feel terrible for Detroit fans.
