I just watched the 47-3 Ravens game and last year's game. Allen was Terrible in that game last year. He was Terrible. But if that's Diggs instead of Brown at the end, we tie the game. Brown is soft and doesn't fight for positioning. But our D was a little better last year. I feel confident going into this game. The Ravens will be really confident after recent history. I like that position for us. McDermott and Allen are very hungry to beat the Ravens. It's going to be a good one, but I think it's going to be a big win for the Bills.

Do you live in New York? If not, I believe you have to quarantine when entering the state. -
Well this Raven certainly knows what to say...

This is so great. We've all been on that field trip or whatever with the guide speaking just like this girl. Hilarious -
Kudos to John Wawrow!

I wonder what the producer made of those comments. (Hope someone gets this Wawrow joke) -
"We'll look at guys on our roster that we have a lot of confidence in -- T.J., Antonio, and Christian...we have a lot of confidence in all three of those guys." OK, so I'll never make fun of anyone again for suggesting we call up Wade, because even though we all (okay, most of us) know he's not eligible to play, McDermott himself just this afternoon suggested it is possible. What am I missing? Why would McD go there? I don't buy the idea that McDermott himself might not be aware that Wade is ineligible. Smokescreen for opponent? Also makes no sense, because you have to figure they know the rules, too. So what gives? Is there an explanation I'm missing for these comments?

Leslie Frazier interviewing for Texans job
Giuseppe Tognarelli replied to BillsMafi$'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agreed. The fact of the matter is that these things take time to do, and they also take emotional effort and preparation. By their very nature, they *have* to take away from your prep/focus on the next opponent, regardless of what they say -- I don't think all that time is just spent lounging around doing nothing in a normal week for NFL coordinators. -

Leslie Frazier is a soft coach, and losing him would not bother me at all. We need a fiery defensive coach up in here. -
John Brown need you to step up going forward

They were more in line with what they were earlier in the season. Before yesterday, we hadn't had our full complement of receivers since Week 10. -
Holy crap. How do you remember positive comments an individual poster made about Duke Williams a year ago? Do you keep a spreadsheet or something? I must have made quite an impression!

When I get the notification that you've replied, I can always count on you being contentious and overconfident.

The best run defense is scoring 30+
Giuseppe Tognarelli replied to DollaBills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't think there's an advantage gained from not practicing, but there is ABSOLUTELY an advantage gained from pulling together amid adversity when nobody believes in you -- and the other team lets up a little because they think the game will be easier. People overlook psychology in sports so much. -
A lot of people will talk themselves into believing the Ravens aren't good because of early-season results, injuries, COVID issues, etc. It's foolish. You can think the Bills are better, you can think the Bills will win, but thinking it's going to be easy or laughing at the notion that the Ravens could give us problems is foolish.
