Anyone who doesn't raise an eyebrow at the Bills being the only ones to not make a move is looking at the situation through rose-colored homer glasses. The Eagles and Chiefs see an opportunity to get even more dominant and seize. The Bills are like, "No thanks, we're fine as long as everyone stays healthy."
