The consensus top three teams in the NFL are the Eagles, Bills, and Chiefs. Anyone who doesn't raise an eyebrow at the Bills being the only ones to not make a move is looking at the situation through rose-colored homer glasses. The Eagles and Chiefs see an opportunity to get even more dominant and seize. The Bills are like, "No thanks, we're fine as long as everyone stays healthy."

Chiefs get Toney -- from Joe Schoen no less -- and Beane sits on hands as usual. It's actually unbelievable at this point.

The "Just one before I die" crowd might get their wish this year, and then the Bills will move.

This team does not seem likely to lay an egg. Not with the "Don't Blink" mentality and new killer instinct. The Miami game is going to be seen more and more for the fluke that it was -- crazy events converging. After KC, the Bills will be heavy favorites in every game. If Allen stays healthy, when do they lose? Are we about to watch an 11-game winning streak (13 if we beat KC)? 15-2 or 16-1 is just sitting there for this team. vs. Packers (SNF after the bye) @ Jets vs. Vikings vs. Browns @ Lions (Thanksgiving) @ Patriots (TNF) vs. Jets vs. Dolphins @ Bears @ Bengals (MNF) -- maybe the toughest game, but I think it's a great matchup and we have primetime Josh vs. Patriots -- Josh could rest if #1 seed locked up If ANY of these games were this week, everyone would be picking the Bills. That's not likely to change as long as Allen stays healthy.

Lamar had a bad game but got the win in the end, and I'm sure there will be certain talking heads still saying he's MVP today. Lamar has the advantage of folks wanting him to get MVP for contract reasons, and he also seems to be benefitting from racial bias.

Gabe Davis was bad yesterday. Davis hobbled is a liability for the Bills. They'd be better off with a healthy practice squad player. I have concerns about that ankle. I think the Bills need to sign OBJ for the future and work in more Shakir in the near term.

I found the lack of comments about Johnson being benched for him surprising. It is a very interesting development.

If that blurred photo is any indication, it's no wonder he has so much self confidence.
