Diggs couldn’t stay on the field, Davis showed no explosion presumably due to his ankle, the OL got banged up and could do anything right, the secondary is down to a UDFA taking snaps at corner.. yeah it’s a hot mess. That said, you can’t have 53 starters, that’s not how it works, you also have virtually zero chance of winning every game, so regardless of what Rex Ryan says, you shouldn’t have planned on that anyway. All of the crap that happened, the Bills managed to stay in the game to the point where they should have won, but JA choked (on the goal line) and that’s excusing the missed FG earlier in the game, the missed snap before half and the eventual ***** show of a last play. Should they be concerned? Yeah, this is a lot of injuries to over come. Baltimore is playing good football, there’s absolutely a chance they drop 2 in a row if guys can’t get back in. Also, I have to question the conditioning program without the extra preseason game. It’s been obvious Diggs isn’t in shape to play this year, he’s effective when he’s out there, but he’s constantly pulling himself. The muscle injuries are generally blamed on lack of conditioning, not a great sign there either. What do you do? Nothing and hope to get and stay healthy. The only potential move would be Beckham and that’s going to be about the money working. It’s also going to be something we talk about more in ~a month when he’s close to ready to practice.

The deal is just a going rate for a not awful starter at TE. Deals will get more and more inflated, that’s a guarantee. He’s a quality young player at a position that’s starting to get paid, they didn’t make the same mistake they did with Diggs and let the market re-set. They could have likely extended Diggs in the off-season for 20% less, then all hell broke loose with Adams and Hill, now the mediocre FAs are getting 18M.

This game basically turned into another Wyoming game for him. If you pull of a miracle, we’ll celebrate with you, but that’s as much support as the team can offer.

That was 2 half’s ended in garbage, the end of the first half they just needed a spike, couldn’t get THAT done. 2nd half another complete shot show. Just unreal. Couple that with the kicker missing a 39 yard field goal, this should have been a game where they were kneeling down, not scrambling to win. He, IMO, has every right to be furious.

Peterson is a quirky guy, but you can’t deny he got some great results early in Philly and is showing promise in Jax. Lawrence was considered a sure thing, super star QB just a year ago, he SHOULD be good. Early indications, the game is slowing down and people better take notice.

McD has done a great job creating a strong culture, his game day execution is horrendous. He is the single reason for a missed AFC Championship game and multiple other losses. I know the fan boys will say otherwise, but it’s time to move on. The team will be better without him. JA has made up for a lot of his sins, but if you continue to rely on one guy overcoming terrible coaching, you become the Packers.

I mean, pretty simply, he did, and started to turn and then it was stripped, all over the goal line, had they called TD it would not have been overturned.. for all the bull ***** McClappy challenges with ZERO chance of winning, this was worth a shot. More crap coaching.

Where to start.. just a quick over view.. Drive one, 70 of 75 yards come in the air, TD. Drive 2, panic because they start on the 10, Run, Run, pass, Punt.. ok, I get wanting a run game, but you just showed you could crush them with the pass, why do we go 2 RPO from shot gun, when its obvious they have told JA not to run, and run the worst back on the team back to back? Complete wasted series. Oh BTW, after putting yourself in 3rd and 10 at the 10, leaving who? To block the edge rush? Continuation of the RPO look when it’s obvious it’s only an RO.. multiple failed attempts to run up the gut after 2 seconds of Allen holding the ball. 3rd and 22, after 2 plays by the DL to put you there, rushing 2 , after proving Tua struggles under pressure, but let’s just go limp dick and let him have all day to pass, while taking our best players off the field. Then the coach with the worst percentage in challenges in the history of the NFL, doesn’t challenge the Davis TD play, where he had a catch, 2 feet down and turned.. yet there’s apologist here saying it wasn’t a football move.. still far more worthy of a challenge than the waste of the one last week where the apologist claim he used it as a time out.. he’s just clueless, let’s be honest, his record shows it. I can go on. But I don’t want to risk injury as it’s obvious it’s “level of professionalism” that’s expected to hydrate properly.. funny how 80% of the team went off and couldn’t handle it.. so your coaches failed that much or are you avoiding responsibilities? No, and it was 2 “rushing” and the RDE was there on containment, no more.

Things I learned today: 1) this coaching staff did not learn from KC, still a punch of softies when it matters. 2) The coaches tried to pass the buck to the players on hydration.. yeah, how about you own it. 3) Allen is the man, myth, legend, but still slightly undisciplined. Had he got his feet under him, the game ends differently. 4) There was ABSOLUTELY a reason they abandoned the run last year. 5). Regardless of all of it, had they actually executed even remotely close to expectations, the Bills could/SHOULD have beat their closest division rivals, being down 1/4 of their starters. I’m going to say it.. the coaching is the weakest part of this team on game day. I buy the overall schemes and McClappy is a leader, but game day decisions, they need somebody to slap them.

We lose this game it’s 100000% on terrible in game coaching, the same reason we didn’t play in the AFC championship game last year.. I’m sorry, McD needs to recognize his weakness and either give up game day decisions or Beane needs to find a real game day coach. Great schemes, absolute garbage game day decisions.
