  1. And this is my point, I mean if “WE” want to contain and beat this virus we ALL need to pitch in and do the right thing or we are saying I’m not willing to help out?? Yes it’s harder to do the right thing to help out our fellow country men and women, but some sacrifice is needed if “WE” do not want to spread this virus to our loved ones and neighbors, including our neighboring states. It begs the questioned, Are we a united country anymore? Do we as “Americans” care about each other? If not what have we become?
  2. “Doing what we want” without regard to the virus and others health is the problem, wouldn’t you think? Could you imagine today’s Americans living through the restrictions put on our society during the WWII era? Today’s Americans would be having a non stop temper tantrum, and we would likely lose that war. Just like we are currently losing the fight against this virus, sad really, to many Americans just can’t be bothered to pitch in for the common good.
  3. Count me in the “Yes” category. There are player in the HOF that were not as good as he was. If STs is to be considered equal to the other two phases of the game then he needs to be in.
  4. Waivers of said variety are not legally binding. That and you are advocating an environment that would spread the virus like a California wild fire, and then spread it throughout multiple communities afte a game, not really a good idea wouldn’t you agree? I mean if you don’t care about others being infected by your actions I could see why you would advocate for your scenario... Just sayin,
  5. When I asked my Doc how long would the Greenfield filter be inside me, he basically said, as long as I’m alive, he alluded it would be messy to remove it, anyway it’s still in me... this was thirty five years ago,
  6. I had a DVT, left femoral vein, and a PE , a clot broke off, went through my heart into my right lung, outside of it almost killing me in hurt like hell, and left me a bit debilitated for a while to say the least, the doctor installed what they called a Greenfield filter to catch any other clots that might break off before they got to my heart, all this was at the age of thirty six, I was a very fit bicycle racer at the time and for the previous thirteen years, and more before that, a stint in the Marine Corp, so fit athletic folk can have heart attacks and other such cardiovascular diseases. Genetics can reap havoc on you if your predisposed for that sort of thing, I had no idea that I was a candidate for such an entertaining series of events. But luckily for me life went on. Go Bills!!!
  7. Having been diagnosed with congestive heart failure, it is a kick in the azs to go through such an experience, I truly hope he recovers and gets healthy again. I understand that my diagnosis is different from a heart attack, but is sobering nonetheless. Wasn’t thinking... you are. Correct.
  8. They should leave all such decisions to my discretion, no waiting around anymore ??
  9. Good for them! Enjoy the little monster, ?
  10. So excuses are okay for the Steelers when they lose, and the Bills get zero credit when they win, the Steelers fans must love you...
  11. The Pegulas stated a short while ago they carry no debt on their business, nothing for us to worry about. That loss is on potential new business, not current assets. Get yourself a beer and relax, the rich are doing well as usual during this economic situation. Its us paycheck slaves that need to be worried...
  12. Best season? The team didn’t make the playoffs, padded stats on an, what, 8 win season is his best? Not so much, individual stats don’t mean much under that umbrella. Look at the “talent” on that team, that’s a bunch of under achievers.
  13. You’re right of course, oh well, I’ve no dog in that fight, so I guess it really doesn’t matter.
  14. Frankly, Dak is not likely to be any better than he has shown, the word “plateaued” comes to mind, he’s good but not real good. Paying him that kind of money is a waste of your number one resource, ? ?
  15. Ben is worn out, slow and getting brittle, they don’t have a chance, hell, Ben’s arm might not even make it to the game, dudes old, and we will be duck hunting, Go Bills!!!
  16. Yes! The comfy chair... our chief weapons are fear surprise, and a ruthless devotion to the pope...
  17. ... and it was a struggle to win on many of those occasions because of that conservative strategy. It always gives your opponent a chance to win when you in effect stop trying to score more points, and play prevent “D”. Hey Sean, ya you McDermott, stop pretending your defense is going to score points, last season, zero of them... its why you have an offense... and yes, kick Brian in the azs during games now and then... ?? Go Bills!!!
  18. Sean’s flaw seems to me is in over trusting his D and not trusting the O enough, that and not giving Brian an occasional kick in the azs during games, it is situational conservatism that is his bane. That and player discipline/execution. It is my hope he has learned a hard lesson during the regular season and especially in that playoff game, and he actually changes his strategies to accommodate needed changes. But we all need to keep in mind these very same things can be said of coaches throughout the history of the game. It is hardly ever black and white, it is mostly shades of grey. Go Bills!!!
  19. What’s the Vegas under over? not on the season, on the election...
