  1. Let me start by saying I wouldnt trade Diggs for any receiver. I love that guy and he is elite. However, we have an aging Cole Beasley, 57 year old Emmanuel Sanders, and Gabe Davis who hasn’t taken the next step. None of those guys are gonna run away from a defense. They are only good if they are schemed wide open. I am pleased with Dawson Knox. He’s an athletic tight end that looks to be on his way to being elite. Very happy there. Our running game is a complete disaster. It’s so bad. I couldn’t care less what the “stats” say and what our ranking is in run offense. The point is, we aren’t scaring anyone at all with our running backs. In fact, our run offense is mainly boosted by our quarterback, which is a problem in itself. We lack a speedy weapon and that missing piece is showing up more and more each week as defenses keep figuring us out. Our lack of spending premium draft capital on the offense is starting to catch up with us. I do not disagree with taking Rousseau last year, but I strongly disliked the Basham pick, mainly because we seemed complacent in spending draft capital on the offense. We literally have no one other than maybe Stephenson in the cupboard to step up after Beasley and sanders are gone. I know draft position doesn’t always equate to on field success. Diggs is a fifth rounder and is elite. I get that. But look at our defense. How many first round picks are on that unit? After Allen, the highest bills pick on offense is Cody Ford and he’s a bust. After him, it is a string of third rounders. My point is this…we need to value offense in the draft more than waiting to get leftovers while more and more premium capital is poured into defense. We don’t have any speed on this team and our line is a complete mess. Darryl Williams had plays today where he completely whiffed on his guy. We had over 100 yards in penalties. It’s a disaster. Please Beane…start prioritizing offense. We are resting on our laurels from last year and seemingly expected the same results this year without adding the one thing we need most…speed.
  2. You really can’t be serious.
  3. I’ll say this…if you hit on a qb then everything else should be gravy. You just can’t win consistently in this league without the qb. That said, Beane has done a solid job drafting. I am starting to question the Oliver pick at 9, but then again lots of people were calling him the best defensive player in the draft. So who could blame him? Sometimes when a guy you don’t think will be there you make quick decisions. Either way, I’m happy with Beane. Look forward to many more years with him as GM…
  4. So you are already talking about next year? I’m not there yet at all. This team has everything to win it all THIS year…
  5. Can someone please explain why we can’t get any pressure on the qb? And where the heck was Oliver? Can we be done with him please?
  6. I like ranch and I won’t apology to anybody for that…
  7. Let me start off by saying I absolutely love Greg Rousseau. I’m so excited about his potential as he is still learning the position. His length is elite and he was such a classic “bet on traits” pick by Beane. My question is, where do you all think he would have gone in the draft had he not opted out due to covid? This is a guy that had 15.5 sacks in his first season playing defense and then decided to opt out his last season. I think top 10 is likely and top 5 isn’t out of the question. Either way, we got a steal at a position of need.
  8. Give me a speedy offensive weapon with our first pick. Someone like Rondale Moore, Kadarius Toney, or Tyreek Hill.
  9. How can anyone apologize for being critical of a tight end that couldn’t catch consistently? It was completely warranted. That said…he’s playing very well and I’m happy to see it.
  10. I think a receiver is definitely in the mix. Beasley is becoming somewhat of a distraction and is only on contract through next year. We could use a speedy slot guy to be his successor.
  11. No loss is a “blessing”, let alone a loss to the Steelers…
  12. Moss was quickly becoming the guy last year but dealt with some nagging injuries that derailed him. It wasn’t until his season ending injury in the playoffs that Singletary got some major run. What happened next? We were rewarded with a key drop on screen pass in the afc title game that was the beginning of the end of our season. I’ve seen enough of Singletary and Moss to know Moss is the best rb we have on this roster.
  13. I had a feeling it was gonna be a short wait… Doesn’t mean I have to agree…
  14. Anyone interested in an authentic signed 1993 program? The program is signed on the back by: Jimbo Thurman Bruce Reed Biscuit Talley There are others as well. I received this ad a Christmas gift from a friend whose step mom knew Mark Kelso and was told I was a huge Bills fan. If you are interested, please let me know.
  15. My opinion is that I hate the Steelers worse than any team in the league. Yes, even more than the Pats. That is all…
  16. Exactly. Haha. The OP conveniently left that out…ugh
  17. Well I disagree. If the official was on the lance or fields train then they will speak up. Guys in this business want to be right above all else. Look at some of the garbage about Allen last year when he was lighting it up. All the haters wanted to focus on was the middle of the season when he struggled.
  18. Seriously? Is THIS for real? We’ve never been to Buffalo, but I guess that makes me less of a fan, huh? Do I make fun of your vacations?
  19. Thanks guys. I’ll have to check out bar bill.
