  1. Then you should probably try a little harder... They bring in so many random players for workouts all the time. Bringing in a former top 5 WR to see what he still has left in the tank, is hardly a head scratcher.
  2. What harm does bringing him in for a workout do? He said he’s not looking to be a starter, just to contribute. Seems to have the right attitude, still the same age as AJ Green. They’d be crazy not to kick the tires.
  3. I want to predict a Bills W, but right now I feel like Chubb is poised to go off on this Buffalo run D like Jay Ajayi a couple years back.
  4. McDermott knows he can’t save challenges for the next game right? shouldve challenge the spot on the Knox catch, he was laying on top of the defender and wasn’t down until he had the 1st. and that no call PI... I mean, I know hey aren’t really over turning them, but cmon bruh, he grappled his feet well before the ball was there... that’s about as blatant as it gets.
  5. Remember when we all thought this defense was elite?
  6. McD hasn’t done anything special here yet. There were some 9 win teams in those 20 years that missed the playoffs, McD just got lucky that the cards fell the right way in his 9 win season as opposed to Marrone or Mularkey who both missed with the same record.
  7. Well to be fair, even if it’s just three, that is yearS... I could see AJ having a similar career to Larry Fitz, he definitely doesn’t have the durability like Larry, but most don’t.
  8. Then why have they been linked to going after AB initially, and both Sanu and Sanders recently, if they didn’t feel like they had a need to fill? Foster had a hot little streak last year, who knows what the issue is this season? This team has virtually all the same coaches that saw him go off last season, so I highly doubt they would basically eliminate his snap share if their wasn’t just cause. Although, perhaps it is Daboll’s gameplan and ignorance thinking Foster is basically a poor man’s John Brown, but that is some highly speculative thinking right there. Daboll is terrible so I can’t be 100%... Either way, I believe Beane wants to make some moves, but he won’t overpay like the Rams did when they rented Sammy for a 2nd rounder...
  9. I’d love a healthy AJ Green on this roster as much as the next guy... but will he get there, this year or ever? He’s become a bit injury prone the last few years, and WRs with severe foot/ankle injuries often don’t make much of an impact that same season. Anything more than a 4th, I would be out personally. He’s missed more time than I initially thought he would, and you may just be getting a half season rental.
  10. I was late to the party and brought another Elway joke...
  11. Bs. He has plenty of TEs and a FB in Dimarco if he wants an “extra blocker”. Daboll is awful, his resume speaks for itself.
  12. Well... no... I would probably axe him and give the reigns to Ken Dorsey personally. Daboll’s track record speaks for itself, he’s not suddenly going to become an upper echelon OC through the second half of the season. So Mike Evans, and promote Ken Dorsey... season fixed.
  13. Who? No, I really think Mike Evans and Josh Brown = Championship
  14. The only Buc I would make a substantial offer for is Mike Evans... he is what Josh needs opposite John Brown.
  15. Instead, why not just stfu rather than being a snarky terd? Legit question. Super insightful, and well worthwhile commentary here in this quip. I hear only the super coolest people even know how to use the ignore list, let alone actually go out of their way to use it... Besides, why such a hard on for “Dabe’s“, what exactly has this team shown you on offense that you think there isn’t room for improvement at the OC spot? I’m really interested in hearing your take...
  16. Hot take here, consider firing Daboll by Thanksgiving if this offense doesn’t turn around. Give the reigns to Dorsey. Daboll has been bad historically as an OC, and I have yet to see any real improvement since he revitalized his career under Saban.
  17. You could’ve stopped after the first sentence, they just got out coached and outplayed in every facet of the game. The desperation narrative isn’t even a factor, Buffalo just showed they had a cake schedule, squeaked by some bad teams and weren’t as good as their record shows, unfortunately. Today was the chance for this team to show they were for real, if they weren’t equally desperate for the win, and to prove they are legit contenders in the AFC, then they have no chance at anything this year besides maybe a one and done playoff appearance.
  18. I honestly thought McD was beyond getting embarrassed like this at home... this loss is certainly raising a lot of red flags.
  19. I’ve seen this movie before...
  20. Agreed, they should hold onto their picks, and find another of Brown’s caliber next year, as well as drafting a couple in what’s supposed to be a deep class. They also need to get better at DE, and I’m pretty sure Beane knows that as well, hence why buffalo was regularly linked to names like Clowney as trade targets, but he won’t overpay. They are still a top 10 defense but nothing that can carry you a championship like Denver did for Peyton, and the Pats are doing for Brady.
  21. Nah you’re just mildly ######ed
  22. Nah, Daboll’s playcalling is the problem.
  23. I don’t buy into the “desperation” of needing a win being much of a factor in the outcome of the game, or any professional sports game for that matter... Buffalo has been desperate for wins the majority of the last 20 years, hasn’t really seemed to make much of a difference then.
  24. In reality, he is two flukey Eli Manning passes from working on his 9th championship this year... and if the Pats do what everybody thinks, it will be his 10th SuperBowl appearance... Think about just how close the Pats were to going a perfect 9 for 9 in those Super Bowls. Either way, 6 rings, 9 appearances, both Belichick and Brady are the greatest to ever do it at their respective positions, they just happen to be on the same team for two decades.
