  1. That’s being awfully generous to the Fish, I think they’ll be drafting top 5 next year. Pretty void of any elite talent, Hill is about to be dust, his fall off relying on sheer speed will be precipitous. Plus McDaniel has lost the team. He’s a smart guy, good offensive mind, definitely not a head coach in the NFL however. Things are going to get ugly down there quick. They’d be smart to trade Reek and whoever else they can now while they still hold some value, rather than taking bargain basement deals come week 7 or 8. Steelers you are right, still going to be hovering between 8-11 wins, like they do every season. This trade and Rodgers don’t move the needle in that division.
  2. He’s a more athletic version of Gabe Davis with better hands… Josh will make it work if Keon stays healthy. I think we’ll see him emerge as a consistent redzone presence this season. I’m going over 6 TDs on the season, feels like 8-9…
  3. $500, what’s that like a bag of groceries now? To screw over the entire Bills fanbase, it would probably take generational wealth.
  4. The run heavy scheme only stopped working when they decided to telegraph our short yardage gameplan was one single solitary play, a sneak to the left… if any of those are fake sneak, toss to Cook, Super Bowl…
  5. If they fed him the ball more against KC like they should have to put that game away, are we even having this debate or is he already paid by now?
  6. I always forget to RSVP… It’s fine, I hate weddings anyway. They’re right up there with dentist appointments, funerals, colonoscopies, and jury duty. In no particular order, but I’d argue they all rank slightly ahead of weddings because there is much less small talk involved…
  7. Dude is basically an AB clone… he’s about to disappear from the league like AB did too.
  8. Brandon Beane went to the clearance section to buy a pass rusher, what did you expect? All sales are final for a reason…
  9. Just wondering aloud here, I just saw WWE cancelled plans to host Wrestlemania 42 in New Orleans. Buffalo is a great wrestling city, they’ve hosted numerous big wrestling events over the years, but they haven’t had any of the real marquee big events (Wrestlemania, Summerslam, Survivor Series and Royal Rumble). With this new $2 Billion stadium, and our neighbors to the north being some of the biggest wrestling fans in the world, could it eventually be possible? Or is Wrestlemania just too early in the year for WNY even though they’ve run Philly and NJ? If not, do we finally get a Summerslam at the very least? I get wrestling isn’t everybody’s cup of tea, but they have to find some creative ways to maximize revenue for this investment and big WWE events generally include weekend long festivities that are a huge boost for local tourism. I can’t think of many other events that can fill a stadium of that capacity these days aside from Travis Kelce’s meal ticket to Hollywood…
  10. I know I’m in the minority here, but I wish there were more primetime games and less early games. Less as in no 1pm games. That’d be my only “gripe”. I just personally have always viewed the 1pm games as the “undercard”. But I get it, they gotta spread Josh around because 17 isn’t just the main event, he’s the whole f’n show.
  11. Yet after 18 games they still did their job against the defending two time champs. The other side of the ball was a vastly different story, which is they lost that game and why they’re throwing as much as they possible can at the defense between free agency and the draft. Josh just won the MVP with that system. You expecting some precipitous fall off after almost two years in Brady’s offense doesn’t make a whole lot of sense.
  12. How many ppg did the Bills average last year?
  13. I would’ve traded up to the top of the 5th and taken Shadeur, if for nothing else than provide a quality, cheap backup at the most important position in pro sports… Upside, you got a legit insurance policy behind Josh, and then you flip him for a pick, or picks in a year or two to a QB needy team who are generally drafting near the top of the draft. Downside, you cut a late round pick?
  14. So bio-engineered, highly contagious, little understood novel virus escapes a Chinese laboratory, and what, it’s supposed to just be business as usual? How would you have handled an unprecedented global pandemic? Nevermind the glaring omission here that Trump had four years, yet his administration had the country completely and utterly unprepared to deal with a pandemic (now endemic, bc everybody dropped the ball on COVID, and now it’s here to stay). There was zero readiness. Good thing he’s clearly learned his lesson as shown by this indiscriminate axing of federal jobs and nothing like that could possibly happen again…
  15. I’m not sure what anybody expected from a guy who took his playbook for his first 60 days in office straight out of the 1995 locally filmed classic “Canadian Bacon”…
  16. Kinda crazy how that’s “just how it shook out” all season long, unless somebody beat them decisively, like Buffalo in week 11… otherwise, one score games, these calls absolutely sway the outcome. This is not exclusive to the Bills. This is anybody vs KC…. Almost all of their games have been one score differentials and the disparity in flags against opposing teams has been egregious all season, it’s been a common talking point throughout the season, low and behold same thing happens in the Conference Championship. I honestly don’t care if the Bills ever win one at this point because the legitimacy of the league is in serious question. Why do they refuse modern advances like chipping the ball for spots, that can take the influence of the refs OUT of the game? There is no legitimate reason to leave so much up to human error at this point, technology has been available going on decades now to avoid bs like this, but they allow it. For what other reason than to sway the outcome of close games?
  17. This is a load of bull####. McDermott’s defenses ALWAYS get shredded in the post season. The regular season numbers look good bc he stat pads essentially against the mediocre and young QBs the league is filled with, but any time his defense faces a legitimate QB it almost always crumbles.
  18. Did we give them Andy Reid too, because THAT is the difference not Mahoverated Point being you put Patrat on the Bills, and Josh on the Chiefs, I guarantee the results are the same.
  19. If only there was a defensive guru out there who’d won a record setting number of Super Bowls and could be bought out of his UNC contract…
  20. Just hire Belichick. He loves a Josh, he has two buyout options. Enough of this MIDermott bull####.
  21. Yeah, the irony is clearly not lost on the football gods who clearly hate the Buffalo Bills… I just can’t get over the throw Josh made… idk how he got the ball there, but Superman put on his cape, unfortunately the Justice League was nowhere to be found.
  22. We should trade McDermott to New Orleans…
  23. Dejean, Ladd, Worthy, take your pick… any of them would’ve been better than Beane’s.
