  1. Just gross, losing to such an inferior team. No excuse, not in week 5. Defense is soft, execution was not where it needs to be for a team, with Super Bowl expectations…
  2. Is that what happened when he threw that pick? This is absurd. The reason they’re in this spot is three turnovers plain and simple.
  3. Wouldn’t you? He’s on his second rinse cycle…
  4. Not Championship caliber, that’s for certain…
  5. You could always play some Christian music right back, as say it’s just part of your daily religious practice… Start a musical crusade. Maybe even launch a preemptive Creed track at 5:15. I mean nobody wants to hear Creed ever, let alone at 5:15, that’ll show em…
  6. You just want to keep dragging irrelevant ***** into the discussion. Should I quote something you’re not familiar with then just randomly bring it up like a ***** weirdo at completely irrelevant times and then ironically be like “what, who’s strawmanning bro?” I’m sorry I’m not familiar with all the same exact things you are, and if you don’t understand how “swallowed it whole” sounds like a dick joke, check it out- “Your mom swallowed it whole”… See, it can be very confusing. Just as the previous administration has what to do exactly with the currents overreach and threats to deploy military on American cities? The conversation was about overreach, you want to make it about what happened when, while turning a blind eye to what’s happening now. What does whatever Biden did or didn’t do have to do with the sitting President’s explicit overreach and abuse of executive powers on a regular basis?
  7. You got any other cliches when backed into a corner of how wrong you are? ”I don’t like big government over reach” Well Trump told a room full of high ranking officials we should deploy the US military on American cities “That’s just more dumb Trump talk, now let me go back to straw manning about Biden” You should probably stick to the main board, completely out of your lane on politics…
  8. They are not the President of the United States. He is not a commoner, he is not a talking head trying to get ratings, he is not a journalist. Should POTUS not be held to a different and higher set of standards than any other position in government, or the world??? He is supposed to be the leader of the free world, and his job is to be the great unifier of the UNITED states. All he does is sow division, throw gas on the fire, and vilify the left. Its called taking the high road, when they punch low, you’re not supposed to punch lower, and that’s exactly what Trump does.
  9. See, this is what happens when you try to engage with somebody who’s clearly already lacking where it matters… No legitimate counter, so right away “der, you forgot an A”, and? Did you not know who I was talking about, oh you did? So completely irrelevant, and moving on… You explain to me how deploying the United States military in United States cities against United States civilians is not government overreach, and I’ll hang up and listen… BTW, Miss me with all the Clinton, Biden, this or that mud slinging. I don’t support either of those guys, as I’m not a brain dead tribal dolt who toes ANY party line, they can both kiss my ass. I love how you people act like only the other party is full of snakes. Schumer is *****. Hegseth is *****. Pelosi is *****. Biden is *****. And Trump is… the Dear Leader and greatest thing since sliced bread because I don’t want to be doxxed, as “American” as that is and all. All I know, is I’m glad we made America SO great, AGAIN, we don’t even need the first Amendment anymore…
  10. Excellent counter point, thanks for your invaluable contribution.
  11. Now do one where we address Trump’s rhetoric towards the left. It’s nothing but divisive and incendiary, yet is he not the President for ALL Americans, not just Conservatives?
  12. So where was part where Regan says “except for using US military on its own civilians?” https://apnews.com/article/trump-hegseth-generals-meeting-military-pentagon-0ecdcbb8877e24329cfa0fc1e851ebd2 Regan, like him or not, is surely rolling in his grave over this. His Republican Party doesn’t exist anymore, it’s just MAGA now.
  13. I get where you’re coming from, but I think on offense they’re just not digging that deep into the playbook right now because of the level of competition these last 3 weeks. Until they’re forced to air it out, it’s basically going to be the Josh and Jimbo show, which has been quite effective.
  14. I think the sentiment here, that some could make an argument for, I’m not saying I personally believe it, is just for general collusion amongst league owners because all that it’s important at the end of the day is the popularity of the league/cartel itself. However, I know somebody personally who works hands on, on a daily basis with an NFL team owner, and I can assure you they care very much about winning and losing. They’re definitely not part of some big collusion to try and steer games towards certain outcomes, if they could go 20-0 every year they would.
  15. How many points per game is this team scoring? Still people talking about WRs while the defense lets bad teams hang around in games…
  16. Yeah, you got it, totally highschool. In fact, I’ll bring your response in to English class tomorrow so we can dissect exactly what went wrong with your response, and see if we can’t find a coherent sentence, or any legitimate talking points nestled somewhere in there. I’ll try and work with what I got here. I’m assuming you meant take OUT certain US cities, and you see, problem is that’s not how it works. Those cities are in fact PART of the United States, you can’t just pick the parts out you don’t like and say “well that doesn’t count”, that’s moving the goal posts, friend. You try and distract with semantics - Murder, homicide, violence, gun violence; how about “D. all of the above”, is that better? The United States is an extremely violent country with an excess number of all violent crimes, including, but not limited to homicide and murder, AND the rates of these crimes are far higher than their Canadian and European counterparts. Take out certain demographics? Take out how? Like how we “took out” the 95% of the indigenous populations with our westward expansion, and along with way almost wiped the American Buffalo off the face of the earth? Or do you mean not include certain demographics who were still subject to segregation in the lifetime of some board members here? Certain demographics who in certain areas of the country were not allowed to read or write for centuries, and then were given “freedom” to own nothing, to work nowhere, and live in abject poverty? Maybe tomorrow in school they’ll teach us about “nurture vs nature”, and then I can give you the cliff notes.
  17. Well building inhumane detainment camps in the middle of the Everglades definitely carried certain connotations that didn’t need any spinning from any media. Atleast that was my very first thought when I saw the camps. Forget the Nazi stuff, it’s way too similar to the inhumane Japanese internment camps that are one of many black eyes on American history. Call me a traditionalist, but I’m a fan of what I believed America stood for when I was child, that this was a cultural melting pot. THE Land of Opportunity - "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free" it doesn’t come with the caveat of “providing you have the proper documentation of course”. The people stuck on “well then come here legally” A- have zero familiarity with the conditions of “developing nations”, and the ones coming here are the poorest amongst those. You want to weed out the Chinese nationals infiltrating the borders, by all means, but don’t turn away the families, and women & children just looking for what they thought America stood for. B- How does one do it legally when they are illiterate, with little or no internet access, and there is most often no consulate to help them through the process? All most of them are doing is trying to give their kids a chance. Not with your tax dollars, right? Cool, well stop building bombs with mine, reallocate all my tax dollars to the starving kids fighting for a chance to just live…
  18. It’s unfortunate that you guys click on it all and get so riled up. It’s called click bait. Say controversial stuff, get ratings, this isn’t new, and this isn’t news. I don’t watch or consume any of it. Guess what would happen if everybody did that? Just click it off, and don’t click on all the articles and videos… These companies are all in the business of making money, controversy gets ratings. If the news was “Today’s top story, everybody is still getting along just fine”, who would watch??? Youre letting them brainwash you into believing this is how the overwhelming majority of Americans think.
  19. Lol, good or bad for me, I love how y’all put yourself up on your own little pedestals like you’re somebody... More murders do not happen without guns. Feel free to look at the murder rate for Canada and Western European countries vs that of the United States… The United States has a significantly higher murder rate than the European Union; while the US has an average homicide rate of around 6.8 to 7.1 per 100,000 people (as of 2023/2024), the EU's intentional homicide rate was 4.1 per one million women and the overall rate is much lower than the US, at less than 2 per 100,000 people, according to some data from the early 2020s. Last I checked they still have all the same sharp pointy things we do… but you expect me to believe that the murder rate would stay the same if we implemented similar laws, because? Serious conversations about what to do? Oh you’re making it a Race issue? I see, you want to go back to “40 acres and a mule” or “manifest destiny”? *Don't worry, I have actual things to do, you guys can have your little echo chamber back*
  20. I care about kids, about ending mass shootings and senseless gun violence in this country. I happened to ventured over here and was shocked to see the rhetoric, and my big mouth couldn’t keep from atleast interjecting my two cents bc I think it’s important for people who seem to have been brainwashed that if you voted for Democrats you are evil... Not sure how you ever achieve progress when you think people are inherently evil for simply thinking the government should be run differently than you do.
  21. I just pop in and out from time to time, I’m not a regular or anything… sorry to burst your guys’ bubble as being some board regular using a burner. Just some rando who’s tired of seeing people gunned down. I really thought the Las Vegas mass shooting was going to be a turning point for this country to wake up. Then I was certain Uvalde would… Now I know nothing will. To be fair, there’s lots of conservative policies I do agree with. I think these bail reform catch and release programs are joke, along with defunding LE. I believe in states rights over big government. I feel there should be tighter abortion laws. But I also feel gun laws need reforms along with a huge investment in mental health care in this country. At the very least on the state level. However you can’t sit here and complain that these mass shootings or trans everything is all mental health issues but then not address the mental health epidemic facing the nation. Reforming gun laws doesn’t mean revoking 2A but the gun lobby will never let you think otherwise.
  22. But they were legitimately trying… I’m just devils advocating here. Where are we as a country right now if they did? Do they go through with it? Actually hanging high ranking politicians outside the capitol building? Was that not their intent?
