Davis has had drops but he has also made some amazing plays. If you think that teams have depth all over the place you are just wrong. Look no further than your example of KC. They lost both starting OTs in the playoffs a couple years ago and that cost them a SuperBowl. Look what Buffalo did to KC secondary after Matheiu was hurt in the game. Virtually no team can withstand the injuries the Bills have and have the record they do. Rejoice in the fact that we have Josh Allen and hope that his 2 and 1/2 game slump is over.

All due respect to Gonzalez, Gronk, and Newsome, but Kelce is the best TE in NFL history. He is unstoppable. -

Shout out to McDermott from a skeptic
Ethan in Cleveland replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
No team looks unstoppable all four quarters of every game. During the game I said McD did not have them ready to play. But as the game evolved the team responded under adversity as well as it has in any game I can remember. Yes it was the Browns but the Browns are closer to a 6-3 team than you think. -
The ease of 3rd & long against the Bills
Ethan in Cleveland replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
Seems to me they are leaving Taron Johnson on an island to help the outside guys. Even then the safeties are rotating over late. McD and Frazier have mixed it up with some man coverage. But still for the most part they are a zone coverage team on third down and opposing offenses seem to be able to line up their #1 WR against the Bills weak point. Maybe that is just coincidence. I would be fine if they only rushed 3 and dropped 8 on some of these really long distances. The Milano blitz worked but they got beat on the blitz yesterday too. Get White, Edmunds, and Rousseau back and things will get better. -
I think this was one of McDermott's finest moments. I have long been a skeptic that he will be good enough to win a SB. Today I thought there was a chance he could have lost the team and the season. The defense was getting gashed and our superstar QB was playing scared. The superstar WR was coming off the field obviously upset at how the game was going. His calm nature served the team well today. Yes we all snipe at his clapping but it was precisely what the team needed today. Instead of getting into a shouting match with Diggs or dismissing him to the bench, he spoke to him like an adult. No one will know what was said, but you could tell from Diggs reaction he felt heard and understood. That is a trademark of great leadership. When the Bills hoist the Lombardi trophy at the end of the year, the season recap will highlight this game and that moment that turned around the season!

Diggs caught complaining to McDermott on broadcast
Ethan in Cleveland replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
Better yet Josh didn't force the ball to him on the first play after the conversation like Lofton suggested. Josh kept taking what defense was giving.
