  1. Perhaps you are confusing Paup with someone? Because he played on the Bills 1995 and 1996 playoff teams, and left after 1997.
  2. Well, I caught part of a Fox Sport Radio a few hours ago, I believe it was "Dan Beyer & 6-Year NFL Tight End George Wrighster". A guest on the show who had insider info believes that Kaepernick will be offered a spot with the Raiders in a few weeks, if someone doesn't sign him first. They said it was because of the backup QB situation there. After Carr, they have Jarret Stidham, who has never started an NFL game before; Nick Mullens, who, although has shown flashes, has also had issues and was cut by the Browns; and Chase Garbers, a rookie who they are high on, but only as a developmental, PS player this year, especially given Josh McDaniel's complex offense. They wanted Brian Hoyer, but he has a house in New England and wanted to stay there. They also wanted Andy Dalton, but he believes he has a better chance to eventually start in New Orleans, given that Jameis Winston is coming back from an ACL injury, so he wants to stay there. So, this insider believes after the OTA's are done in a few weeks, the Raiders will evaluate their backups and cut one to make room for Colin. He needs to be signed soon to learn McDaniel's' complex system and get the reps, after a 5-year layoff.
  3. Agreed; that's a lot of money. But things out here where I live cost a lot more. Gas is averaging over $6 a gallon. Vegas also has a lot of wealthy tourists. Still, I would not pay that. Although Allegiant is a lot more attractive than Highmark, at least until maybe we have our new stadium.
  4. I don't want to see a hard-fought game come down to a 2-point shootout. What, is the NFL going to start awarding a point for an overtime loss like the NHL? LOL. That being said, I have no problem with a regular season tie. If fans don't like it, I don't care. I am not particularly fond off eggplant, but I eat it because it's good for you. For the playoffs, have a full 15-minute overtime period, provided each team gets at least one full possession (I say "full possession" because sometime in the 80's, I think it was Cincinnati which had a single 13- or 14-minute drive. I don't want a team getting the ball for their first possession with just 1 minute left in OT.)
  5. Dirt cheap! A ticket costs $59 for a tour of Allegiant Stadium. https://www.allegiantstadium.com/tours
  6. Stuff likes this has me believing he is a troll. Just take a quick look through his posts.
  7. Don't forget that Mac Jones is in the best shape of his life now. Buffalo needs to be scared...very scared!
  8. He was fired. See my post from page 1 here:
  9. And you know this how?!? [kidding, kidding 😅]
  10. It looks like Langley was arrested: And the airline employee was fired:
  11. You make a good point, but...no! Jets still gonna Jet, at least this year.
  12. I had never seen these commercials, so I looked them up. It's funny Tom uses wired earbuds still in 2022.
  13. From the article, the six other teams (including Dallas 1993, who beat us in the SB): Yeah, on Fox Sports Radio this afternoon, LaVar Arrington, TJ Houshmandzadeh and Plaxico Burress were discussing QB's, and they said Burrow, Herbert, and Mahommes were the three best young QB's in the AFC. No mention of Josh.
  14. i think @1ManRaid was saying he didn't see a problem with the actions the Packers were taking to prevent this.
  15. I was beginning to think OP was not a troll after the past few months. But then appears this thread. No further comments here from me.
  16. Let's wait for San Diego to at least make the playoffs this year before giving them props. Until proven otherwise, at least for us, KC, Tennessee, and Indy are still the teams to beat
  17. Wait, you actually pay to see the Panthers?!?! I didn't realize those Sam Darnold games were that good.
  18. Perhaps I shouldn't bring this up, but I am always interested in points of grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc. Is there a reason you recommended a semicolon (;) above, and not a colon (:)? I assume this was just an innocent typo.
  19. On the Cardinals forum they are saying the beaver tranquilizer was a joke. Also, six games means he got caught masking.
  20. Nah, that would be power llifting
  21. Yeah, Kevin Durant tried that in the NBA, with "The Servant". Didn't work.
  22. We drafted him in 1982 in the 7th round. This was actually a high pick for a kicker, as there were 12 rounds back then, so it would be like a 4th rounder today. He had a spectacular college career at Syracuse, and being known to have a super strong leg. Everyone knew he would be a future star. We had high hopes, but he purposely sandbagged in the pre-season, so we had no choice but to cut him after giving him numerous chances in games. He wanted out of Buffalo, because Ralph was known to be cheap, and our reputation. He went on to sign with Pittsburgh soon after, and the rest is history. He quickly became one of the greatest kickers in NFL history and had a long career, winning numerous honors. I am still stung by this EDIT: He is an f'in POS. Why did we waste a draft pick on him if he never was going to play for us? He should have been like Eli Manning and announce pre-draft he would never play for San Diego.
  23. Too soon. I am against giving nicknames to a rookie who hasn't even made the final roster yet. I am still wary from the Gary Anderson situation.
