Priority Free Agents for Buffalo? Early Draft talk..

Von Millers begs to differ. They will come if they want to play for a perennial playoff contender and future SB winner. -
Random talking head says something about the Bills

Bovada. a sports book, lol! -
Ok, thanks for the explanation. Yeah, you are probably right; they most likely do have exceptions in the contract for specials, like when there are extra Saturday or Christmas day games.
-
???? ESPN does not have the broadcast rights to TEN-JAX. CBS does. It is also too late now to flex any game, and ESPN wouldn't be showing it on Sunday afternoon anyway as they have only the MNF contract. This is why you need to cite your sources for any announcement like this. You have done this before, and it didn't turn out to be correct, just speculation.

Awwww...thanks. I sort of miss them too, until all the work doing and researching them starts, lol. 😅 I do notice there haven't been maps threads recently, or any refs threads. We'll see how next season is! Well, there were less games to go around this week, due to the Saturday games. And they can't give ESPN all the best games; but, yeah, this game probably will be a dud

Google AI says otherwise: O.J. Simpson holds several NFL records, including: Most rushing yards in a season: Simpson rushed for 2,003 yards in 1973, becoming the first player to rush for over 2,000 yards in a season. Most rushing yards per game: Simpson averaged 143.1 yards per game in 1973, which is still an NFL record. Most rushing touchdowns in a season: Simpson rushed for 16 touchdowns in 1975. Most consecutive games with a rushing touchdown: Simpson scored a touchdown in seven consecutive games from November 9, 1975 to December 20, 1975. Most rushing attempts in a season: Simpson rushed 332 times in 1973. Most rushing attempts in a game: Simpson rushed 39 times in a game against Kansas City on October 29, 1973. Most rushing yards in a game: Simpson rushed for 273 yards in a game against Detroit on November 25, 1976. Most games with 200 yards or more rushing: Simpson shares this record with Adrian Peterson and Derrick Henry

Plus, the Bills wouldn't have been moved anyway since FOX has the DH and wants MIN-GB to be nationally televised; they wouldn't want BUF to compete against it.
-
TEN-JAX was not moved. Still at 1 PM:

All this doubling down on an event that won't happen reminds me of that thread last year where the poster kept insisting that an unlikely possibility meant it was likely somehow (or something like that) and that his title was correct. "the likely possibility the Bills miss the playoffs" or something to that effect.

We have to see what the Chargers do first. Again, the NFL doesn't want significant advantages for any team. Let's see the results of Week 17 first.
-
Not so fast. If Miami also finishes 9-8 (they have Cleveland and the Jets left), the H2H win of Denver over Indy does not apply in a 3-way tie. In that case, indy has the better conference record and wins out, as well as a H2H win over Miami (after Denver is booted out of the 3-way tie in the tiebreaker).
-
Indy just has the Giants and Jags to play. They will be favored in both. Denver, OTOH, has Cincy and KC. If they lose both, they and Indy are tied at 9-8 and Indy has the tie breaker. Indy has a good shot at making it. Yes, they've had them a number of seasons now. Started in 2021. See Week 18's of the scheduling archives here at the bottom of the page: https://506sports.com/nfl/index-m.php

I didn't say anything about the Broncos. But the NFL wants no team to have advantage Week 18. The Bills and KC are not playing Saturday under your scenario Stop it with that argument. It's a non-starter.
-
No, the Bills and KC cannot play Saturday. If the Bills play first and lose, KC could then rest its starters, knowing they had the AFC locked up. Everyone: let's stop the Saturday games speculation until Week 17 finishes.

But if Denver beats either Cincy or KC, Denver is in. -

I always worry about teams with good rushers, like Jonathan Taylor. -

But Lamar had only beaten Pittsburgh once or twice before, until last night. So you never know. -

First it was the Atlanta Falcons, now the Phoenix Suns

Twin Fair...another one I had forgotten, as well as Two Guys. Thank you for that. I think many stores are going the catalog way to minimize costs associated with having a large inventory, as well and/or to reduce theft. -

I had always called it "pop" in WNY growing up, but when I moved to New England for college, I learned most people called if "soda" and I quickly adapted. Now "pop" sounds weird to me, lol. Ha! We were 45 minutes or more from Buffalo and all the malls, so our town had to adapt.
