Eric Wood just suggested there are going to be 20,000 or thereabouts out there, maybe. 70,000 seats, figure 20,000 are corporate giveaways and not real fans. So that leaves 50,000 seats for fans, but he suggested 40-45% of that will be Bills mafia. Can't wait!

Sal C. just reported on GR-55 that LA was JAMMED with red, white, and blue Bills merchandise last night. They were all out bar hopping and he said it was incredible. And he mentioned that his hotel actually got a lot MORE Bills fans today compared to yesterday. I can't wait to see how much our fans can impact the game. I would NOT be surprised if NBC tried to cover it up and not really make it a story.

Who knows!? I guess we'll sort of find out in the weeks ahead, though I think it is hard to infer coordinator performance based on player performance on the field. Fans tend to react to bad plays and blame it on the OC, when in fact, the players may have run the wrong route (that the OC didn't call) or tons of other things contributing to the failure, all of which has NOTHING to do with the coordinator... That doesn't mean you can't evaluate the coordinator in some ways, though.

This is 100% correct. As a lifelong Red Sox fan, I can tell you that first win in 2004 changed everything, and the wins since don't even matter. It only takes 1 championship to forever change your views on things as a fan.

Thanks! Yes, I was serious. I've been busy this summer and haven't followed a lot of Bills info for a few months now. I finally did see all the pre-season games though, tape delayed, on the DVR when I could find time. That sucks that Tre is out that long. I hope he is truly 100% in Week 5.

When is Tre White supposed to be able to play? I thought he'd be good to go for Week 1, but I see he is not listed as a starting CB. Anyone?

I still have the game recorded on my DVR and always planned to watch it once the wound heals a bit. So far, have not watched it, and have no intentions to do so any time soon. I should probably delete it for the space on the DVR...I'll probably never watch it again.
