  1. If it means that Allen will continue to play well well, I am happy to be everyone’s laughing stock.
  2. Oh please.... you have to remember the context when this thread was started. Josh had many subpar moments over the first few weeks of the season, and then play arguably his worst game at QB vs. New England. I think at the time, it was a reasonable question to ask, though you can make a point that I should have considered the long term
  3. Didn’t Chris Johnson say that Gase was safe for next year? I’m not so sure that we’ll see Shurmur fired. The Giants aren’t a great team
  4. This would be a terrible move Rumor was that Lynn was Doug Whaley’s choice for head coach In 2017. For that reason, I was really hoping he would’t get the job. The Bills might be ok, but so much depends on what old Doug would have done at QB
  5. The big problem IMO is Caldwell. He has made some very defensive draft picks and signings but his downfall has been whiffing on coaches, QB and other important positions. His hiring of Gus Bradley was a major flop and his selection of Blake Bortles basically set the organization back for years. Also the move to draft Fornette so high now seems like a very bad move. I do kind of feel bad for Doug. It seems like he’s learned a lot from how he departed in Buffalo both on and off the field. Everyone’s back was against the wall this year. Since the Bortles pick flopped so badly, they had to go all-in on Nick Foles and it didn’t work out. If “soon” means after the 2020 season, you might be right
  6. Right but you’ll never see him in a position where his team trusts him to win football games. It was the same in Tennessee and Miami
  7. Tannehill is an inconsistent QB. He can look great one week and then suck the next. It seems that he’s not trusted anymore in Tennessee than he was in Miami. But Tennessee has a better running game and defense. So he’s still all about minimizing mistakes and supporting a good running game
  8. Beasley is quietly having a very good year in Buffalo and is approaching career highs both for receptions and yards. I don’t think he’ll top 1,000 yards but man it would be awesome. Don’t quote me on this, but I believe if it happens this would be the first time 2 Bills WR’s have topped 1,000 since Peerless Price and Eric Moulds in 2002.
  9. He looked super fast even after the hamstring injury. If they can find a way to get him the ball in space, I think he can make an impact
  10. This is how it should be in my opinion. It seems like the bantering of the “remember the 90’s” comment was all in good fun. I’ve been to many Bills in areas around fans dressed in the opponents colors. Bills fans around them would make comments or pat them on the back after a bigs Bills play, but it was all done with a smile. On the other side, I was at the New England game this year and one fan was so obnoxious the entire section probably wanted to toss him out of his seat. Fortunately he left toward the end of the 2nd quarter.
  11. Im finding that a lot of analysts who were down on Allen HAVE in fact admitted they were wrong. Benjamin Albright did recently and several others have as well. It’s the self-important, ultra sensitive writers that have not - names Bill Barnwell or Cian Fahey. Both have me blocked on Twitter for challenging their opinions of Tyrod.
  12. Same thing happened to me. I challenged his opinion on Tyrod and he blocked me. He just comes off as a self-important jerk who thinks only his opinion matter. He’s in the same league as Cian The Coward Fahey
  13. I’ve called Bill Barnwell the most biased reporter out there, right up up there with Cian “Begging for $ on Patreon” Fahey. When people try to cite Barnwell, the lose credit with me. Barnwell’s a real coward much like Fahey. Both blocked me when I challenged their opinion. A sign of a true coward who puts out a controversial take and can’t handle criticism.
  14. It was a crap comparison to begin with. The only similarities are the fact that they both come from a defensive background. Also this is a great example of the bi-polar nature of the Bills fan base.
  15. Dallas has among the worst special teams in the NFL. I would love to see Andre Roberts finally take one (or two) to the house. He’s been close a bunch of times so far. I would agree that ball control and solis fundamentals are important. I’d also like to see the defense find a way to take the ball away a few times and give the offense a shortened field. I read that the defense is one of the best in 3 and outs but one of the worst in terms of total turnovers.
  16. I will be there.... where is the get together?
  17. I have heard MANY stories of former Bills players at strip clubs in Canada
  18. This has been discussed in the thread. ThT narrative about Seantrel is a cop out. Why didn’t Seantrel follow the proper protocol and notify the NFL that he was prescribed medical marijuana?
  19. I guess it’s worth a shot then, given the options at this point in the year
  20. I guess...it’s just tough to rely on someone who’s on the bubble. But at this point, I’d be on board Ok I would be fine with this then. Just can rely on him
  21. That was my whole point...yet you turned this into a whole “your an anti weed guy” debate.
  22. Until the next CBA is agreed upon, I wouldn’t sign Seantrel
  23. Your “knowledge” also said that Doug Whaley chose the XFL over NFL. Uh huh. It’s probably closer to 98%
  24. 87% Eh? Did you know 78.674% of people can make up statistics? He doesn’t smoke weed, so Kirby doesn’t want him ?
