I think you’re right about them all likely to go in the first round. Harrison and Odunze, at least to me, are off the cards and will be drafted in the top 15 barring an absolute bomb at the combine. Legette or Coleman wouldn’t be a bad consolation prize out of those 6 guys.

Cook is a stud and something has clicked with him recently as he’s now actually fighting for extra yards harder than games prior. And a running game is a necessity, especially with a QB as mobile and prolific throwing on the run as Josh. Anything that puts our guy in a position to not do it all is a plus.

You might be right but it’s often stated that a players attitude and commitment are reasons for failing at the professional level. Something which Williams gave himself room to be scrutinized via the comments and statements he made throughout the year. Might be nothing in his career, might be something. Won’t stop him from being a top 10 pick as I agree with you that he is awesome.

Im not critiquing the game plan nor the outcome for records. I just didn’t think I’d see a game where Josh is under a total of 125 yards air&ground where we win. Again, credit to all of the coaching staff.

Don’t watch Skip Bayless much but his opening rant about the Cowboys was hilarious… Sad he piled it on Dallas as being a “fraud” and “exposed” rather than it being the result of a vastly better team clicking on all cylinders of what they wanted to do.

Being ready and a depth player would be contributing as there is a missing starter there, no? Linval has been picked off the street and done more. Guy should have been ready week 1 to compete and again, hasn’t played since New England. What’s stranger more is it’s a contract year again for him and he’s shown the flashes you’ve talked about… So that’s why I asked of why you feel he can contribute in some way shape or form. Your thought is he’s a depth player with a history of some production. That’s his contribution from your standpoint. 🤷‍♂️ I just don’t see why we are still holding out hope since that’s been the exact sentiment from week 1 and then doubled down on that hope after Quan went out. 2¢

What a game he called. Guy finally didn’t run into a deep shell and give a team whatever they wanted underneath. Very aggressive which works out. The old adage goes… Pressure bursts pipes. Cowboys were way off from looking even remotely competent.

Some people dislike Romo as a commentator but for this reason alone I think it highlights why he’s one of the best… Every broadcast I watch he’s either breaking down several plays, successful or not, as to who all was open or breaking down what he feels went wrong on a play; QB or receiver. Most guys just call what was executed with no thought process as to the whole play; blocking, shifts, personnel and routes by design.
