Not to mention this isn’t the first time he’s coached the team from middling to hot streak to close out the division in style—2021 we were 7-6 and proceed to rip off the remaining games—that counts for something too.

Myopic point of view, sorry. I think you should thank both, plus our D.

Only a hat this big can contain the crown that belongs to the real NFL MVP.

Wonder if the news that we’re in removes some of the juice for the Phins around this game in the sense that nothing they do will result in us missing the playoffs? I get all the other seeding issues and division, but still, this news combined with the fact that if we lose we prolly have to travel back to Miami—do the Phins even want to see us yet again?

I’m running the Disney marathon weekend races right now in Orlando [lamp alert], and I can safely tell you that on one of the Buccees c-store pitstops in South GA yesterday on the way, it was a ridiculous number of geared-up Bills fans crammed in there—probably some going to the same races I’m at, but I don’t doubt most were headed to Miami.

Will/Should Von be active vs. the Fish?

I can only ever hope to emulate, never duplicate what Donuts brings to the table—think of it as Bill Walsh to Sam Wyche, for example. 🤔 -
I’m here for this. By all means sign Tua (but best have some tuppins left over for a serviceable backup ‘cause you’ll need that guy eventually) and let the Bills keep spoiling the Phins’ division hopes🥸.

Life be lifein, as they say 🤷🏼♂️? -
NP legitimately won the starting job over Josh and McCarron that year—just go back in the archives and review the TC/preseason threads to see it!

Bills one of the more popular teams in all sports

🤗In all seriousness, that’s pretty cool—and helps explain all the “Go Bills” kudos I get even down South when I wear Bills gear. -
Patriots @ Bills game thread - 1st half

What a bizarre half of football. Take a deep breath boys and let’s play football the way we know we can, to throttle the Pats in the 2nd. -

It’s certifiably impossible for the man to have aged barely a day since he last strolled the sidelines as our coach!! Forever 65 🤓 -

Random talking head says something about the Bills

Fair enough Roy; wasn’t my intent to force anyone to listen to material they don’t want to—thanks for identifying the exact spot on the tape nonetheless. -

That's right, the pod guys said it was about 35 seconds, an eternity for postgame handshakes. -

FWIW, on the Buffalo Plus pod yesterday with Dan Fetes and his NE sports journalist guest (link here), they discuss that after this hit happened, Belichick apparently came up to McD during the postgame handshake and said what his guy [Gronk] had done was BS...(not that Belichick probably did anything about it internally though? At least I don't recall ever hearing anything to that effect). -
LA doesn't care about the Chargers

If you polled Western Pa people, they all consider the Ohio border to be the starting gateway to the Midwest--they still consider themselves to be northeasterners, even if barely across the line. 😀 -

I dunno, growing up in Western Pa, just like Buffalo those folks lived and died by how the Steelers game had gone that week—but I totally agree with you on college ball in the South—these people are nuts about it! -
