Despite being 3-0 I feel like the Steelers are going a little unnoticed. Not really heard them mentioned much this season. I could see them being the AFC representative in the Super Bowl. They're the kind of team I could see beating the Chiefs in the playoffs -

Yeah, Raiders arn't the chump team a lot of people were saying after the Bills beat them. Though I do want the Chiefs to beat them easily because I want them unbeaten and hyped up when we play (and hopefully beat) them -

Have to say I quite like the Washington No Names' uniforms with the numbers on the helmets. Old school -

Week 5: Bills at Titans on Tuesday Night Football
RobbRiddick replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well I'll be very disappointed if this game gets axed as, like everyone else, I'm having so much fun watching the Bills play this season. On the plus side, the Bills/Chiefs game being on Thursday means it will get a lot more exposure and spotlight. -

Josh Allen Keeps Dunking On Me (article)
RobbRiddick replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That line "unfortunately, I'm locked in" seems to sum up a majority of the media - especially those who consider themselves experts on players pre-draft. I've heard so many of these guys in the last few weeks saying things like "Allen is playing well at the moment..." and you know they want to add "but it won't last". I think these guys must obsessively follow all our games now, waiting for the slightest mistake so they can pat themselves on the back and tell themselves they were right. I've noticed on some of the other forums I read that a lot of the amateur college experts have now changed their opinions to "lets see him win a playoff game" or "let's see him win a Super Bowl". I think there's something really pathetic about being so insecure at being wrong that you can't just stand up and admit it. It's quite funny to see. -

Thank God they wouldn't be playing Mike Mularkey's Bills team -

This sucks especially as the team is so fun to watch this year but sadly that's the world we live in now. Hope they can move it to Monday and then move the Chief's game to the following Monday if possible. Then we could play our backups Vs the Jets to give everyone a rest... -
I was curious as to his whereabouts these days so I had a look. Turns out Trent is now the co-founder of STRIVR, a training and performance company. Have to say, I found the homepage of their site funny (https://www.strivr.com/), scroll down and in HUGE letters it says "RESULTS YOU CAN SEE". Erm, yeah

When he was a rookie. I remember being worried before he got injured that first year that he wasn't making any sort of progress and the game wasn't slowing down at all. Then he got injured, missed a few and came back and threw that pass against the Jags. After that he still made mistakes but you could see he was gradually improving.

Anyone Else Having Trouble Dealing with this Success?
RobbRiddick replied to Shaw66's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I sort of feel like Al Bundy in the episode of Married with Children where he has a good day at work and doesn't hit a single light on his drive home. He's convinced the Bundy curse will come back with a vengeance and ends up building a bunker to hide in. -
What happens if you flip flop Darnold and Allen?
RobbRiddick replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They've been discussing this on one of the Jets forums I stalk visit and of course a majority of them say Allen would be terrible. I don't buy it. He wouldn't be amazing but he would be VERY entertaining and would be dragging that team kicking and screaming up the field far more than Darnold has. I consider the offense Allen had around him during his rookie year to be way worse than the Jets this year, and Allen never looked as catatonic as Darnold. He had plenty of bad moments but there were a number of games where he looked great and basically willed the team into the endzone. I don't really get that from Darnold. And I'm not a hater of him. I watched that Denver game and was pretty shocked by how lethargic he looked for the most part. -
Third Quarter Anemic Offense (Getting Better Every Week)
RobbRiddick replied to Gugny's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
How long was Beasley out yesterday? I wondered if the lull in the offense during the third was related to him being sidelined with his ankle. I remember them showing him returning and the offense seemed to wake up again shortly after
