I think the reactions are due to the fact that you applied a subjective phrase ("barely") to objective statistics ("top 10"). He IS top 10 based on the statistical categories you presented. Adding the label "barely" just seems out of place and overly subjective.

He's an effing stallion. Post bye week I think we see a good run for the Bills. Allen always seems to respond after disappointment or mistakes. This Sunday sucks without Bills football, but next weekend we begin our real push toward the division title and beyond.

When I have heard him this season talk about Allen he goes directly to coaching, saying Allen has been coached up well. Which, he has, but Allen has to put the work in. I guess it's a subtle way to acknowledge Allen is good, but also not admit he was wrong lol. I don't have links but if you surf Cowherd's youtube channel and search for Josh Allen you will find those takes.

Cowherd went so far as to say Allen wasn't even in the top 200. 200! In the entire NFL.

I will be rooting for teams we've already beaten to win, assuming it's not the Dolphins or Patriots. It would help our strength of victory. Seahawks beating Cards tomorrow night would be nice (for MANY reasons) and Raiders beating Chiefs would serve a couple of purposes (increasing our strength of victory with our win over Raiders and dropping the Chiefs down a notch record-wise). This is the crazy time of year where things started getting log jammed.

So, honest question, did you become a Bills fan recently? If so, I guess I understand your extreme disdain for our coach. If not, then I honestly don't know what to tell you. He is clearly the best coach we have had in 20 years. If you can't understand that, then that is a "you problem".
