That's what Ricky William said, he used MM as a painkiller and it wasn't as harsh on his kidneys and liver when he played football. i do not have firsthand knowledge but seems to make sense to me. Opioids are terrible, they ruin your organs and they're very addictive. I've lost family members to addiction to those things, but i've got family members who smoke and they are fine.

I believe the biggest push to keep it illegal is by big Pharma. They know its better as a pain killer than the opioids they make a ton of money on now. It will be cheap and abundant and they don't have a monopoly on it. I don't partake and haven't since high school. But it would be nice to know i could legally if it does pass in FL. I think they are putting it on the ballet in 2020. Tax it and use that money for all kinds of crap.

I got a bit of a flu bug my son's football team caught something from the charter bus last week and half the team is sick, so this morning i got in the shower and had the wife hand me the nettie pot with two salt packets. It was very gross, but i am currently breathing so that's a plus.

no worries man I completely agree. The health assessment was BS. They took blood samples but did not make people fast, so how good can the sample be? Then they weighed me but the scale was WAYYYY off. I mean 27lbs off and I protested but I don't know they didn't adjust it, I think it was hung up on the baseboard. I assume next year when i show to have gained almost 30lbs my rate will skyrocket so kinda pissed about that. This is one cost of living complaint I feel is justified. I can't get along without health insurance. I had an emergency appendectomy 6 years ago that would have cost me 35,000 dollars and bankrupted me. I ended up paying about a grand. But it's cheaper for me to be on a separate policy and the wife and kids to be on one together. So we do that.

My health insurance company is giving everyone a 5% increase in rates, unless you do a screening, take some online health assessment and then sign a pledge not to use any tobacco products. So far I'm 2/3 and I'll be signing the pledge as soon as open enrollment starts. It sucks that they make you jump through these hoops but worth it not to have a 5% increase.

None of the guys who play in week 4 are likely to make the team, or very few. I'd rather they did play Thursday, it gives the team more time to prep for the opener. Thursday for week 4 should be the only night any preseason games are played.

I wasn't going to get into that trap. i paid cash for mine, it was older, and i had to put a lot of elbow grease and wrenches into getting it up to snuff, but I learned a lot. Had it for 4 years and sold it for what I paid for it so not terrible in my opinion. I'm going to buy another but not in the next year or so, i need to pay some of my other bills down and get some bills off the books first. But where i live, it's going to be tough being boatless.

Daboll has a jewelry box full of super bowl and National title rings. I'm glad we brought him in I think he can get our offense on the right track. He was also involved in the draft of Allen, and he's been working with Peterman and McCarron since we signed him on and since McCarron signed with us. All of our QBs should be capable of winning games (at least I hope). He can taylor the offense to each QB's strengths.

I don't know your situation but I'd say keep working toward it. keep your eyes on the market you never know when a deal will present itself. know what area you want to live in and what areas you do not. I'm 40 and I can tell you it's not as big a deal turning 40 as it was made out to be, i don't feel any better or worse than I did at 30 to be honest. When you get the house you've always wanted it will be all that much sweeter.

homeownership is overrated. I've owned houses since i was 21 years old and it's just another thing to put money into. Worrying that my AC is going to go at any time now, it's 15 years old and there goes 5 grand when it does. Same with the roof but it's 15 grand when it goes.
