One of the reasons I cannot complain about my daughter's bills being my bills. When she graduates she'll have less than 15k in student loans. And she will have a bachelors in Accounting. She's already done 2 internships and has job offers. It's an investment because some day she's going to decide what old folks home I go to

well if it's just complaining, why doesn't everyone just sell their possessions and live under a bridge? i guess I could complain about the price of groceries going through the roof, but what's the point? You still have to eat unless you're going to go rice and water for every meal. Stuff costs money.

no idea. Maybe some of it was hers from when the guys sister bit her ear? -
I just wish someone had yelled "Eric keep all that money you EARNED IT!"

If the market keeps going up, we'll sell our house when my son graduates high school in 2 years we don't need 4 bedrooms for 2 people. Once that sells we'll settle down somewhere and downsize. By then the cars will be paid off and my daughter will be off our books for all the other stuff. So in the next 5 years we'll be fine.

The only thing that really bothers me is the equity line on the house. I was just listing my COL, really don't have any complaints outside that stupid 400 a month payment. They say nothing ventured nothing gained, but you can lose your ass by taking a risk and starting a business. The vehicle payments i'm fine with I love my truck, not getting rid of it for anything.

She's not doing what Jennifer Anniston and Christy Brinkley have been doing.

In 2007 I pulled an equity line to open a restaurant with my brother, we sold it in 2008 at a pretty huge loss. So i've been carrying around that $400 a month for the past 10 years. Frustrating when I think of all the other things I could be doing with that money. Daughter in college right now, we pay her health insurance, car insurance, cell phone bill, and I'm sure a host of other things the wife doesn't tell me about even though I'm fine with it. That's gotta be close to $250 a month Mortgage 1400 a month vehicle payments 230+300=530 a month we were paying storage on the boat, but I sold it so that's 30 a month back in my pocket Power bill in Florida is around 300 a month cell phones 200 Directv 100 Hell I don't know how we do it some times and other times I wonder why we don't sell the house, downsize everything and cut off everything and just have money.

That's good stuff man, vinyl will last a long time and all you have to do is wash it every now and then. But can you blame people when they smell bbq? Heck I don't need to smell anything but charcoal and my eyes get dilated! Then i have to go get some stuff and start cookin out.

oh no this could and probably has happened in Florida multiple times. People down here are bat$hit crazy all year long. I was at a stop sign waiting to turn left Sunday, there were two vehicles coming with their blinkers on to turn right but I wasn't taking chances I was going to wait until the 2nd car started his turn to go, i'm not getting T boned for trusting someone's blinker. Idiot behind me not only lays on his horn, he then tries to pass me IN the turning lane as I start going. What followed was not the best example of humanity on either side.

This is where we are at as a nation right now. Way too many people that are wound wayyyyy too tightly. I have had bad neighbors. And I believe that good fences make good neighbors. But you can't hit someone with your car for putting one up.

Longest Bull Market In History

I think we are due for a correction, but I don't see the same downward spiral we saw in 2007 with the housing market crash. Unemployment low, everybody seems to be working which fuels consumption and keeps everything going. Just my thoughts from what I see here in the states, the global market is not something I keep much of an eye on. -
Her first thought about the Letter was "one more screw you Jimmy" from chuck from beyond the grave remember? Then she hears the actual letter and it's 100% the opposite from what she thought intiially. I think that's what broke her down. you think one thing about a person's behavior and it turns out to be the complete opposite.

If Ashley planted blood there to frame her boyfriend it makes sense she killed one of the girls, and her motives are pretty plain, she just wants to be on TV. -

I have seen all the time and prep work Chris Collinsworth puts into his broadcasts, it's probably less than coaches and GMs but it's still 60 hrs a week watching film and conducting interviews on the phone and in person.
