  1. Easy explanation: am surprised we received a 2nd rounder for Diggs, even though value wise it’s more like a 4th or 5th. 2025 2nd = 2024 3rd and the Bills sent a 5th and 6th rounder. He had an awful 10 game stretch to close out the season and carries a pretty hefty cap charge to the new team. I’m skeptical that it was the best offer on the table because he went to the team he was reportedly the most interested in, i.e. Beane did right by Diggs.
  2. That’s funny because I never said any other team offered anything. Ignorance and arrogance is a dangerous mixture. Try a slice of humble pie it tastes good!
  3. You have absolutely zero credible intel to back your claim that “only the Texans” were offering a 2nd for Diggs. What we do know is that the Texans were a preferred destination for Diggs. This has been discussed via multiple channels since the conclusion of the pro-bowl.
  4. Exactly! Maybe the Giants learned that drafting skill players instead of a QB in the top 10 is a bad idea.
  5. This was Diggs preferred destination and Beane did right by him, I’m not convinced this was the best offer on the table.
  6. You paraphrased the living hell out of the real tweet.
  7. This years first and give the Vikings their 2025 2nd round pick back for Jefferson.
  8. Not in the new offense he wasn’t. Diggs had WR # 3 stats once JB took over.
  9. Not the last 10 games of 2023-2024 he wasn’t. Diggs completely fell of a cliff.
  10. We didn’t have a #1 last year either and our #3 was a #4 at best. I’m honestly surprised we got anything for Diggs looking at his last 10 games.
  11. Not a chance 4 WRs go top 12. The last time the Giants passed on a QB to draft a skill position it didn’t work out very well for them. Denver selecting the 4th best WR at 12 when they have no QB is laughable. They are either trading up for a QB or trading down for a 1st + in next years draft to have ammo for one. There’s a good chance 5 QBs go high with Penix possibly penetrating the top 15. Personally, I think there are way too many crappy teams that will be looking to find a cornerstone QB or build the trenches first before spending a top 10 pick on a WR.
  12. Jets continue to win the pre season every year.
  13. 6 QBs is a lot, but WRs in the first round would also tie the record. It’s looking like 30-40% of the first round will be QBs and WRs which is insane.
  14. Penix envy? Most draft gurus projecting him to go first round after his pro day!
  15. Both 🤷‍♂️ Reason he wants to play for AZ: 💰 Reasons he wants to play for BUFF: 🏆 💍 #17
  16. What we think McBeane will do: 1st: WR 2nd: S 4th: C 4th: WR What McBeane will do: 1st: DT 2nd: DE 4th: S 4th: CB
  17. It sure seems like there is one every 13 seconds?
  18. Are WRs really versatile at 6’0” 185lbs? I absolutely love watching his highlight clips!
  19. 12 WRs drafted in the first 43 picks would not only be greatly unprecedented, I think it’s completely unrealistic. The most WRs drafted in the first round is 6, doubling that tally through 43 picks…I’d be blown away.
  20. As long as the Bills have Josh Allen as QB there’s a chance of winning a championship. As long as the Bills have McDermott as HC, I don’t think it will ever be probable.
  21. I think they were in good position regardless. From everything I’ve read, there is supposed to be another massive increase to the cap ceiling for the 25/26 season (the Bills, Saints, Cowboys, Dolphins, 49ers, Chiefs, Ravens and Eagles would all appreciate it). I think the Chieftriots are up to something big and I hope it’s not a trade for Jefferson.
  22. Comp pick is at the end of the 3rd round (97-102 range). Until the Titans obtain a quality QB, I fully expect them to be drafting in the top 10, so this pick is most likely in the top 70’s of the draft. On another note, this is a salary dump by the Chiefs…my question is why? They had cap space for Snead, why settle for the lie compensation? Their C is going to get a massive contract soon, but no one else looks to be breaking the bank on their team for 2025. They are going to have $30M in cap space, who are they targeting? Let’s all hope it’s not an elite offensive talent.
